new gen ships, tech improvements - I think it's quite ok way to bring fresh air into the organics for all gameplay aspects. Old python is still capable to do everything at average+ level in my eyes. But specialised ships are better for their purpose

Good thing they gave us new ships so we get another way to support the game. They have done this years ago to increase their revenue. Many complain about having spend extra for new ships. Most of those are also complaining about most things of this game Think they are really sc fanboys that spent all their money on sc.🤣

No ! Unless *you* think they are, they are not. People can choose to think they are redundant or choose to think of them as alternatives. Some Cmdrs may prefer the Type-8, or may prefer the Python, or the Type-7 ... These new ships are options, for choice of different strengths and weaknesses, preferences for looks, for roleplay ... many reasons 🙂 o7

worth to try. Just keep in mind its class 4 distro. Atm I would rather use cannons or like Jazod wanted - enforcers (if you have them unlocked)
only a Cutter with 5k of prismos will survive a fight. VS 2 light ships only, or one serious, that is all.
I was wondering how well it'd do with enforcers, since it seems to have the highest number of small hardpoints in the game now
yeah, it's been proposed by Jazod at the very preview of the ship (one old pvper). Also wondering! Perhaps will make a test with it soon :]

Python was never meant to be a hauler. It is a multipropuse ship.
