Exactly… I work with an independent professional baseball team behind the scenes helping out on cameras and replay, our wonderful staff of interns up in our press box write up the game notes for that day, anything our broadcasters say in the pregame are in the game notes. This is absolutely embarrassing for the Orioles, if they’re really going to suspend Kevin Brown, then how about you also suspend the broadcast team who put it in the graphics

As an orioles fan, I like Kevin a lot as an announcer. This is another great example that we have the WORST owner in baseball. Absolutely, incompetent and now shown he is ultra-sensitive.

What the heck was unprofessional about it? He was literally reading a graphic the producers put up. If you find him conveying information about an interesting topic offensive, then you have no tolerance for anything that strays even slightly from the game itself. Plus, Angelos has a well chronicled history of doing this before, with Jon Miller and public address announcer Ryan Wagner.
