Informative video! I would like to add that to 'get in', as in get invited to an actual job interview, you should not underestimate the power of writing a good cover letter and resume. I made a short video covering that topic. Moreover, you shouldn't underestimate the impact of your character and personality either. Besides all your technical skills, if you need to work in a team, you still need a decent amount of soft skills. I remember questions on my first job interview like: How do you act in a big group? When was the last time you dressed-up for a party? Do you like sports? These questions really surprised me, but I gave them genuine honest answers. So the technical part is definitely important, but don't forget to prepare socially as well, especially if there is a separate interview with Human Resources. Anyway, I aced my first ever job interview, thanks to good preparation. One more tip: look up some basic on body-language!
