I appreciate but my turn signals work good and flash good. What It does not work is what you call in your video 360. When I turn on the hazard, they don't work at all. All led, front and rear analog pods and stop light motone. Let me know ir I can send you photos if you think you can help me w/ my issue.
i never thought i’d look into motorcycles but after some research i’m definetely open to the idea and see myself getting this model in the near future it’s such a beauty honestly
Excellent. Thanks Dan and thanks for being the first person I spoke to after riding my newly acquired/just-passed-test Triumph Street Twin in to the Bike Shed a week or so ago and grabbing a chat with me. Couldn't have felt more welcomed and the story of your journey to riding inspiring along with your actual journeys! Now jumped in with both feet and a member at BSMC. Many mods to do on mine as we discussed but might just enjoy the bike semi-stock for a while before going down that route.
I have a triumph Bonneville T100 Black (2015) and am really inspired to follow the tweaks and customisation done by Dan..I am anxiously waiting to see the video of the side lights before I place the order for the same one..
Totally love the bike! I'm looking for my "first bike" after a very long hiatus, and I've totally fallen in love with what you've done here. May just end up copying this 🤩
Love the subtle mods Dan. And Yes, make that 'How I did my Indicators' vid. I'm test riding a Triumph this coming weekend so it may come it'll be invaluable as I dont dig on satsuma. Good Work Fella
I think you sold me on the those m-blaze indicators. X-pipe is a must for the Bonnies. I did the de-cat and BC Predator shortys at the first service. Well worth it.
Instead of using black spray paint on a T 100 ..you take the parts you want to paint black and have them powder coated black. Matte and flat black are the best choice. I had my instrument panel powder coated and it is scratch proof and looks fantastic.
Your bike looks sick! Loving the mods but could you maybe have a list of the parts and where to get them...would love to do the same. Especially the X pipe.
Pretty much stock almost, no drastic mods but still looks nice. That sound is more of my taste too. Imo no slip on makes the bonneville give that deep growl, and it really bugged me. But it looks like the issue lies underneath. Definitely will be looking into getting one of those too.
Kashif Khan I have toyed with that idea, but swapping out for clip ons would also need new rear sets for the riding position to not look silly. In the end it wouldn’t be a good setup for when I go on longer trips. [Dan].
Wow.... you replied to my comment ........ Dint expected this ............ thank you for replying to me . And I got what u r saying ....... Your bike is LETHAL the way u have upgraded it .Be safe and have a happy ride with ur BLACK STUD . Love from INDIA
No worries Kashif! That why we created this channel, to create content for you guys and open up the discussion and conversation too! Hope you’re enjoying the channel still and glad you like the bike. [Dan]
Thanks. Talking with some Triumph people here, it sounds like Triumph does not provide remap for new Bonnies. 🤷♂️. I might just do the x-pipe and TEC’s new camshaft (check that out, it looks very promising) I’ll keep researching this. And yes, I did use the menu settings to adjust the hyper flash, thank you.
Yes they’re great aren’t they! I’d like to put one on this but would have to make a modified side panel. It’s on the to do list! Dutch had it on his which you can see here: ua-cam.com/video/p3OpTc3HgNw/v-deo.html
I am thinking of transforming my Royal Enfield Classic 350 to just like this. The tyres, seats and the mirrors and the mudguards too. I like scramblers alot so I think if I do a little work on my classic it'll be like a scrambler.
Dan - Thing of beauty. Quick Question: You mentioned trimming and crimping “connectors” to make the new LED lights work. Do you have any articles or videos that you’d suggest on how to do that? I’ve already got the MBlaze bulbs and the mounts, but don’t know how to cut / mount the wires.
New indicator video here... there is actually a way easier way! - ua-cam.com/video/yfQ83-S1neU/v-deo.html
[Dan]
Link to where to get the lights ?
What did you use to connect the rear signals to the bike??. Wicked bike btw
I'm wondering the same as@@barrettandrewd --- how are you connecting the rear signals to the bike?
@@fxfitz He used the new wiring who came with the fender eliminator from rec bike parts.
I appreciate but my turn signals work good and flash good. What It does not work is what you call in your video 360.
When I turn on the hazard, they don't work at all. All led, front and rear analog pods and stop light motone.
Let me know ir I can send you photos if you think you can help me w/ my issue.
In my opinion, this may be the most aesthetically pleasing bike. I absolutely love this. Well done.
i never thought i’d look into motorcycles but after some research i’m definetely open to the idea and see myself getting this model in the near future it’s such a beauty honestly

The Triumph has always been, since its inception, the best looking motorcycle extant, most beautiful period.
That xpipe makes it sound SO MUCH BETTER
Count me in for info on the rear indicator malarkey etc..bike looks and sounds great man!
Hey Paul… sorry for the delay in this… I’ve only just seen it. The rear is a 150/70 17 and the front a 110/80 18. Hope that helps!
I have a triumph Bonneville T100 Black (2015) and am really inspired to follow the tweaks and customisation done by Dan..I am anxiously waiting to see the video of the side lights before I place the order for the same one..
Tyres are the same as Ducati Scrambler and the back lasts 4500-5000 miles. Front probably good for another 2k. Loving the look.
Good to know! Thanks! [Dan]
Yes very nice love the turn flashers , would like them on my bike so if you can do a vid on how you did it we'd like to know. Thanks Dan
That X-pipe makes all the difference...wow, that sounds great. Great job on the bike.
Yup gonna throw my name in there too! Definitely would love to see a vid on installing the indicators PLEASE!!!
Probably the only bike out there that could ever make me sell my Thruxton. This T100 looks amazing!
Such a beautiful bike and the small customisations are perfect!
I love what you did with it. The sound is perfection.
And I rarely like how other people customize their bikes.
Tony Borisov cheers Tony! [Dan]
One more vote for a specific video detailing the turn signal install... Nice Bonnie
This channel missed you Dan! ❤❤❤
I'm in love with this motorcycle !
Totally love the bike! I'm looking for my "first bike" after a very long hiatus, and I've totally fallen in love with what you've done here. May just end up copying this 🤩
Fernando Jimenez thanks fernando. Glad you like it. I’d for sure recommend as a first bike.
How black you want this motorcycle?
-Yes.
*cries in Speedmaster*
Count me in for the need to see vid on your indicators. Wicked sweet man!
That is wicked cool, mate! Love those indicators, and the black-out look!
Love the subtle mods Dan. And Yes, make that 'How I did my Indicators' vid. I'm test riding a Triumph this coming weekend so it may come it'll be invaluable as I dont dig on satsuma. Good Work Fella
That led setup is so neat!
It's pretty cool how a few bolt on parts really clean the looks up. Please do a video on the LED signals. That would help a lot of us out.
I think you sold me on the those m-blaze indicators. X-pipe is a must for the Bonnies. I did the de-cat and BC Predator shortys at the first service. Well worth it.
please make a vid about installing the turning lights. Damn good bike, pretty good vid!
My god that thing is beautiful, you've done everything to it I want to do. Looks like I'm trading my mt09🤷🏾♂️
Cool mods. Functional that don’t detract from the bike lines 👍🏻 .
Definitely looking at getting some of those tires for the Australian country roads 😎💯
Awesome, doesn't try being anything other than the triumph it's designed to be. But tidies up to make a sleeker look
You got good taste for sure! That’s what’s count especially on bikes!
Your bike is gorgeous! I love what you've done to it I'm pretty sure you're a happy man! 👏👍👍
That's one of the coolest motorcycles I have ever seen
That bike looks ace! Loving the black theme!
Arjomatic thanks man!
Gorgeous bike, well done, simple but cleaned it up and made it your own.
stinger884 thanks pal! [Dan]
Dan, Great review - would love a video about those very cool indicators.
Sounds really nice.. And yes that is half of it for me too.
I need to see your findings! Bike looks great and it passed puberty with that sound!
Crazy good looking bike man, congrats!
Looks great! Sounds great! Love the signals!
Sound is fantastic
The sound is 100% sexy time. Love the minimalist look, too!
Love to hear how you made the change
Looks like I’m doing the same exact modifications to my T100
Yes Dan! What a steed!
Ioan Charnley-Parry thanks Ioan. Will let you know when I’m back North! Hope all’s well. [Dan]
Triumph motorcycles are so sweet..
Instead of using black spray paint on a T 100 ..you take the parts you want to paint black and have them powder coated black. Matte and flat black are the best choice. I had my instrument panel powder coated and it is scratch proof and looks fantastic.
Not my style of bike but that looks and sounds awesome!
Very nice looking bike
I love it and will buy one next Saturday ❤
nice. deets on using those indicators without all the other m-gadgetry most welcomed!
Hey Barry, Thanks, I'll get a video about it added to the list then.
[Dan]

Love these vids! Please do a vid about the turn signals.
Thanks Zayd! Will do!
[Dan]
Beautiful job! 🙌 A dreambike for me!
Oh my good that is a dream beauty of a bike! Can you please give us a building and mods video!!
It's kinda my dream bike , full black , just one thing I would have wanted to change is the clip ons in place of those regular handles

Really beautiful motorcycle
Unreal, congrats!
hell yeah dude. gonna need a instructional video on how to assemble those m.blaze lights.
Great video, first I have ever heard of the X-Pipe, would love to know more.
Check other videos on here.
That's sweet m8. Clean and simple.
Cheers dude, i'm happy with it. Next up shocks and seat! [Dan].
Love it, dream bike 💯
God that is a beautiful bike
Gorgeous bike.
Great piece Dan. I would love to know more about what you did to replace the stock indicators!
Dan will be making a new video on this soon! (Won't you Dan?) ;-)
Dream bike right here.
A great bike and a beaut.
Beautiful hot motorcycle, simple and beefy! 👍🏽
Love it when a Brit say "Bonneville"
Love. It.
Great sounding Bonnie! Well done! Would love to know how you switched to LED lighting and where you got those super tiny but bright signals?
You made that bike yours man, well done and great job 👌🏼😃👍🏼
.Thanks! still more to do. next up shocks! [Dan].
awesome update! thank you for sharing.
I have the Triumph scrambler 900 with an Arrow 2 into 1 sounds amazing, I want to black my wheel rims same as your looks great!
Yes they’re great aren’t they! I’d like to put one on this but would have to make a modified side panel. It’s on the to do list!
Dutch had it on his which you can see here:
ua-cam.com/video/p3OpTc3HgNw/v-deo.html
Beautiful bike....subtle and effective mods....but i would like her to be a bit louder....good job mate....cheers....
I'd be very interested to know more about the indicators.
I have one of the 110 year anniversary ones, it's number 165 out of 250 in the United States
Brown_Note that’s awesome
Great vid, and yes please, those indicators are the business, please share all the details on those, pls, pls, pls :)!!
Dan is getting the hint. 90% of the comments are about those indicators. He'll have to make a video! {Dutch}
My dream bike.
Interested in those bulbs
Beautiful bike
wicked bike
I would love to learn about bulb to LED if you don't mind being in camera again haha
Lovely sound!
I am thinking of transforming my Royal Enfield Classic 350 to just like this. The tyres, seats and the mirrors and the mudguards too. I like scramblers alot so I think if I do a little work on my classic it'll be like a scrambler.
bike sounds wicked!
Nice bike at least you had good taste here
Mate that's a sick vid! Subtle sexy changes. Love it! And it sounds amazing.
Awesome bike!
I wanna congratulate you for this! #inspired
Holy hell that sounds amazing
Buy a new, few rattle cans of black and some after market parts. What a build.
The standard Pirelli Phantom tyres are fine when it's dry but really skid in the rain. Looking for something chunkier and skid free.
*Great upgrades!*
Mods look awesome, more info on turn flashers please :)
cool bike man, i dig it.
