🌊 Day 137 Ocean Swim - Navigating New Horizons: My Social Media Shift & Return to Japan

🌊 I’m shifting my social media focus from Facebook to X, with my still deeper focus on Discord and Patreon. My main content platform will remain on UA-cam, though media there will now be exclusively related to Japan. These changes are part of my ongoing efforts to move my life away from America and back to Japan.
I choose X as my new primary social media venue due to the #GainjinTwitter community I found there, which feels a lot like the now seemingly defunct JVLOG community of which I was once a part.
Discord and Patreon will be the places where I share what’s really going on, while the softypapa channel on UA-cam will be where my old brands: Walking In Japan, Abandoned Japan, Real Japan Monsters and LylesBrother are coming back to life. These changes were in the making for months now, and go into effect today.
Oh, and what about Going Alone and The Good Life creed? These artifacts of my nearly complete life in America will continue, but only as an echo of the adventure and living which will soon be no more.

Yes, I am. I have been hit by stingray twice so far. In fact, I still have the barb from the last strike buried in my foot.

@@softypapa, if you’re interested there is a device which works very well with extracting the toxins from the wound. You still need to soak in hot water and using this thing in conjunction really works well. There is a group down at Bolsa Chica’s tower 17 area near the cafe. Ask for Steve Bell and he can show you one I think. They are all nice folks so don’t worry.
