It's hard to say I'm not ok right now, but you will be ok going forward! I believe in you and your journey! You got this! I get panic attacks in crowds. It sucks. the end of the day, we are human. I am so proud of you!!! Women to women, you are amazing! I love & appreciate you! Removing yourself is actually the best thing to do! So proud of you

I learned from Dr. Russell Barkley that adhd comes with BIG emotions, it’s a matter of learning how to process our big feelings. I use to keep burying my emotions but it made them worse. Still trying to navigate and learn resilience to handle the big feelings. You’re not alone ❤️

Hattie you're really a very strong women showing your personal problem so that awareness is there for the ones who don't have courage to speak up I also wants to share my things but sadly I don't have anyone obviously family is there but you can't really explain and say everything to them.... I’m happy for you and your diagnosis! It does make everything make sense all of a sudden and taking time to process and rest is never a fault!!! It’s a journey and you will continue to grow and learn! Also look into neurodivergent regression after diagnosis because the unmasking process is wild.Learning to honor your inner needs while discovering what parts of you you’ve built up to survive neurotypical society is just a bunch of lightbulb moments of self discovery. Always rooting for you, your health, success, and peace! ❤

I could heavily relate to loud music etc - I have to switch music off to have serious conversations bc I get overwhelmed and I’m exactly the same on the frustration of things being harder than they used to be. I’m so proud of you. I love you girl ♥️
Hi there sweetheart i as well have ADHD and We just deal with things a little bit Different.. But it's very nice to see someone spreading awareness and saying what they have .. Even though for some, it's not easy, And I completely understand about getting misdiagnosed By therapist .. but I thank you very much sweety .. ❤❤
Thankyou for your info regarding ADHD I have a daughter with exactly the same issues you spoke of I shall tell her to investigate she is always being prescribed depression and anxiety medication that she may not require THANKYOU.
it’s so often misdiagnosed especially in women, see if you can take some tests to identify adhd - overstimulation can be misdiagnosed as anxiety ❤️ but I’m not an expert, that just my personal opinion and research!
Just an observation. In seeing your little neck, have you ever had your thyroid checked? Goiter? Might be contributing to some of your anxiety. I wish you well.❤
Removing yourself from the Situation, was the best you could do. Next time just explain, that you could not keep up with the languague. Everything will be fine. 😊
