They should do vanilla fresh and hype it up by teasing instead of tbc/wrath after they do a 1st classic+ expansion in the same spirit of vanilla but with more content/story. no new level cap or any of the power creep and other mistakes of past expansions
Absolutely agree. Classes became overpacked with skills, everything changed and it was fragmented. Vanilla is the soul of wow, there shouldn't have been anything else in my opinion. The only thing I'd add in vanilla is arena, that's it.
Kargoz man you are such a G. Y'all created a totally new classic experience with all of the achievements /challenges available on the recent addon update. As a veteran WoW player, playing HC has been the by far the most fun i've ever had playing a game. Hopefully one day Blizz makes an actual hardcore server so we can all level together in azeroth, AKA the best game of all time!
Kargoz, I'll come chill just casually and do a little leveling... can't go hard anymore!! I'm burnt out! Since OG classic came out I've been leveling and raiding nonstop, til wrath 😅
@@joshw3719 yeah i have done the whole classic thing 3 times now , i would like to play something new or keep it all the same and just give me updated graphics and no world buffs in raids and i want to see the raids take weeks to figure out again i dont care if you need to be in full bis to be able to down it i want to see the devs put the actually work in. not having all raids cleared with in 2 hours
@@laylen245 I think that is something that is super cool about playing something fresh is that everyone is still trying to figure it out which is half the fun even if it’s super hard. The only thing is I absolutely love the old graphics and scenery but I do think if somehow they could keep in the lines of the traditional classic vanilla feel while adding mechanics I think that would be fine just like they did with Ragnar Rose in terms of bringing out his second phase earlier so we could actually experience it. Although I still want no changes and believe there is a reason why players have played this game over and over again for over a decade now. It’s honestly in my opinion the best game ever created. There’s always new experiences and The events are on like nothing else and always a ton of fun. Either way if they did it I would hope they would bring out a fresh no changes server and one with all kinds of changes for the people that do want them. I’m also just worried about our player base being thin to even further or one side dying. They are in a tough situation but I think they can’t go wrong with a no changes fresh vanilla server every two years. People will always play it and get excited about it. I know I would.
Trying to transition out of games a bit in ge eral, but I love watching this little community thrive. I think this is what Classic does; it grips you in and makes you emotionally attached. Theres just something magical about how it forces its players to become part of some sort of community due to the slow and heavy leveling I want to take part of this so much, its just so cozy, but Im not sure how much time I can give the game
Not sure how you feel about playing on private servers, but Turtle Wow has a Hardcore mode that I'd love to see you give a try. Talent trees are a bit different than true vanilla but nothing game breaking. They added plenty of custom quests into the game that tie in lore wise and 2 new playable races in Goblin and High Elf. Regardless, I love that you're still going with the ironman challenge and putting out high quality content on the regular. Happy holidays my man.
I always liked the idea of wow hc played a little bit of it with my own ruleset which made it unnecessarily hard for myself but it improved my game knowledge so I don't regret it :D
I will say guys, One of the best servers Ive ever played on is Turtle Wow. It has the best vanilla+ content Ive ever seen. Would heavily recommend you try it. It will never get another expansion, they just keep rolling out more content!
Do u think leveling primary and secondary proffs as u go worth it in hc run? And what pet u think is better for a hc run as bm bird or cat? I plan to go eng mining and going hunter im new to the hc challange
If you aren't leveling professions in a HC run you're making it a lot harder on yourself. Pretty much all professions are viable except for enchanting (unless you're getting it early for the greater magic wand). You need profs for either gear if you dont want to rely on world drops/dungeon drops for gear or for money making..because your mount and riding training is going to be hard to save up for without AH.
