ARC (UK) - War of the Ring

Th song War of the Ring by ARC. ARC was a NWOBHM band from Stourport-on-Severn, North Worcestershire, UK which released only 2 singles in the 80's, Tribute (1980) and War of the Ring (1981). The song War of the Ring is dedicated to the inspirational works of J.R.R. Tolkien.

I used to know the Whitbread lads well as my parents were friends with their parents and I used to got to some of their gigs. John had to alter the chorus lyrics as the Tolkien family objected to the original ones.
