And 6) tell me detaliately, how much food offer to that plant, during one year around. Tell the quantityes of organic and chemical food. Thank you. I understand spur pruning and cane pruning but it seems that you are mixing the two together when you mention two replacement spurs and two working spurs together with 4 cordons with spurs for next years producing vines. By replacement spurs I assume that means that the 4 cordons your currently have on your vines will be replaced from the two spur replacement canes but I don't see in your pruning routine when they are replaced. You currently end up with 4 cordons with spurs for next year producing vines but I don't know what you mean by the two working spurs - what do they do besides just grow producing vines and if that is there purpose it seems to be redundant alongside the spurs along the cordons.
looks like Sauv Blanc? Not a fan of this pruning for reds, but for whites it's ok. I think your spurs are too long though, Only 2 buds required/spur, not 4, although 4 will yield well.
