Convenient but do the property plan allow for a pool built in the backyard? I don’t think it’s fair to call any property “the best” without having a heated pool. Shopping from Miami. Nice hāta! ☝️😁
Super video.

Latvia is perfect place to live for a family who can afford it. Its beautiful, safe, developing. But as I said, you would really have to have that job that pays you well, otherwise no bueno. There are so many beautiful houses and apartments built in Riga, only there are no people left. 20 years ago there were over 2mill people in whole Latvia. Now there are 1mill+ left. Mostly in Riga and the biggest cities. But country is almost completely abandoned. Its a perfect place to start rebuilding, to place factories. Its a EU state(€), part of NATO also, so Russia wouldnt dare attacking like they did with Ukraine. If I was a very rich guy, I would move my family to Latvia. 1000%. Its a great place. Not many people know about it. Many people havent even heard about such country.
