    I started listening to Sister Shivani when I was in 8th standard (2008), and her show used to air on Sanskar channel, I think. At that tender age, I just liked the sense of calmness I used to get from listening to her and watching her. It was like meditation for me at that age, just closing my eyes, listening to her voice and her tone, and trying to be that calm in my day-to-day life. And till this day, the feeling is the same.

    I am always having some mental illness.i cant able ti meditate some what of thoughts disturbing me why

      Hi. Whatever you store inside you, it's coming outside when you sit for meditating.. keep practicing day by day. First 20 min will be thoughts watching later gradually reduces...
