- Well the switch didn’t work and there was no voltage at the switch pack connector block...so we could have just fitted a new module and a switch pack...but it wouldn’t have fixed the problem!!
See how we quickly and accurately diagnose this fault - and an interesting result!! - Авто та транспорт
Nice find mate, I'm a technical expert for JLR and really enjoy your videos keep up the good work!
Was definitely quick and easy thank you
Hey i have the same problem and the fault code is B129-14C and the same warning sign parking assist anavailable
Great work
Awesome job mate , had exactly the same car now but have fault rear sensor power circuit and front power circuit issue. Still digging on the rear but maybe the front module I need to have a look? Because computer is not switching power to the fron and to the rear. Modul already replaced because old one been shorted
Thats a great Find!, Unfortunately I have an Evoque where the Parking module DTC is Front Power Circuit Failed and Rear power circuit failed, it was intermittent failing every few months but has now become permanent, What would be the best way to start investigating this? Could a wiring fault in the front bumper cause both front and rear power circuits to fail for example? could a sensor failure cause both codes?
Will this be on the driver side or passenger side in the USA model ?? I have a harness on the driver side I just want to make sure I’m looking on the correct side
Hey, any advice you may have that may be able to help me with my Range Rover Evoque 15plate. I have had no end of issues trying to get parking sensors working. Started off intermittently but now permenant. It says parking aid unavailable please contact dealer. Or just the Parking button just flashes. I have had some rear sensors replaced as garage suggested they were coming up on fault codes. Faults still remained, they said wiring to some sensors was fraying so perhaps a new wiring harness as all faults were on the rear. I have today had a new rear wiring harness fitted from land rover. They reset the codes but still not working. I am not sure where to go with this, any advice would be appreciated mate thanks
Where are you based?
How much to fix this problem?
Amazing found !
I have this message when I turn on reverse gear "Parking aid is not available. Please consult you dealer" and no camera working... When I click on "P" it flash 3 times orange and...nothing. No Big-bip, nothing. I have a Si4 Dynamic from 2013 since 1 week. The first time of this issue was 3 days ago and tonight. The others times, it was working normaly. Might be the same problem like you ? could you advise please?
Did you ever solve this?
why do they put the wiring in the footwell
Hello there just wondered if you could give me some advice on a error code that’s come up on my discovery 3 electric handbrake it’s saying “force sensor electrical fault” and handbrake won’t go on or off and the module is only 12 months old. Thanks in advance
LRO22 hiya 👍 what does the handbrake module do? Does it make any noise at all?
That fault code means that the force sensor hasn’t detected any increase in motor load - can either be a faulty sensor, motor not operating - or a few other things.
I think I have a video on that fault somewhere - have a look 👍👍
Yeah I will have a look for that video
If you put the handbrake on the motor runs a cycle where it puts the handbrake on and off getting increasingly tighter but then won’t release, no bad grinding noises like last time when I had trouble, is the sensor a changeable part? Thanks for your reply
Hi, sounds like you could potentially have a faulty park brake module. Do you have the DTC code?
Have a Range Rover with the same problem
Hello good day
Who made this car? HAHA...
