    Another great video. I put some of that gochu jang in kimchi that I made. Fun fact, it will not freeze in a 0 degrees freezer. Mine remains pasty even when that cold.

    Nothing like the real thing. First time I tried Korean BBQ was in Korea and have been looking for the real deal. Occasionally I come close but it's pricey. It's kinda like finding NY style pizza in Milwaukee. Again, another great video.

    Say what? Only $25 per person? Considering Elizabeth and I have 4 hungry farmer girls, that's over $800 total!!!! :P I'm so glad you shared a cost effective recipe for us to indulge in... Praise God for you Larry!!!! Can you do your next video to feature how to package and ship that tasty beef to our homestead in Florida???? :D

      Get cauliflower crush it in your hands boil rice, cook cauliflower preferably in the oven , doesn't take long when it's small , mix together , correct me if I'm wrong

    • @TheWolfePit
      @TheWolfePit  6 років тому +1

      EddyGurge, yes we love it! You can either make your own out of fresh cauliflower or use the already riced cauliflower to make fried rice. NO it does not taste exactly like real fried rice, but it is really good and gives you the ability to eat something you can't on a low-carb diet. Here's one recipe, but I have more if you search my channel. ua-cam.com/video/fApJVyvO_c8/v-deo.html

    Americanized recipie for ya: 1 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup rice vinegar, 1/3 cup worchestershire sauce, sriracha to taste, 1/3 cup sesame oil, 1 tblspn onion powder, 1 tblspn garlic powder, 1/4 cup red wine. Take about a pound of cross-cut korean ribs, put everything in a bag, shake the hell out of it and let it sit at room temp for about 2 hours. Cook over high heat on the grill (no, this isn't a joke recipie - every time I made it for others they ask for the recipie)

      David Bisping that's because they are literally trying to kill us all here in America. Just go to any mall or Walmart in the states. The amount of obese people you will see is staggering.

    • @sk8rdad
      @sk8rdad 6 років тому +1

      That is so true Michael. I always wonder if they even look at themselves in the mirror. I don't eat steak much so I am pretty picky about which cuts I cook. Chuck roast is not one of them. My favorite is skirt steak. Unfortunately consumers (at least in the US) look to buy the cheapest things they can without regard for the health consequences. That's how we ended up with a high carb low protein diet.

    Well, to make it authentic.
    It might be barbaric for BBQ Chef, but you have to slice them into thin pieces.
    Only civilized cut meats in the kitchen and serve them as slices on the table. Mostly speaking as someone who was raised in Asian home culinary of Chinese-Burmese (Aka rice and food, plus noodles on special occassion bought from nearby restaurant).
