You know what makes me happy Craig?
Jesus. ❤
Cars can't make you happy. You are old enough to know that stuff will not make you happy.
How much for the skyline?
I like all the videos except the infomercial with the ls. Now 1 question how are you going to leave that beautiful home an community uproot your kids cause u wanta go to Florida you are selfish as shiii. How do you just help your brother get his license then go. So you basically bout to buy high end cars in Florida an think u goin make money good luck.
I was so jealous of your lot with mechanic shop. That is a million plus property where I am and I would crush it with that an you are leaving it. I guess to your brother just know u had a money maker spot with a client base.
😂
What I like about your channel is that it shows how real life is. It's not all super cars and all positive outcomes.
Buying junk and complaining is what needs to happen. Buy nice cars not german wrecks
Craig this is your UA-cam channel. It’s free for people to watch. You do what makes you happy. I can’t stand people that sit there and complain. I know it’s a big income but it’s also what you want to do. Forget these weirdos on the comments man. Do what makes you happy.
Exactly! I can’t tell better 🤩🤩🤩
On one hand you’re right. On the other hand, he’s trying to build his channel’s popularity and success. Unfortunately everyone has an opinion into what he should do and way too many negative people
They are giving their honest feedback. A youtube channel content is for the viewers.
If he did what makes him happy he wouldn't make any money off of UA-cam
You are absolutely right
Dude, I've been there, right where you are right now. I'm a Florida native. I was always in the auto business, body shop, auto glass, and sales.I cut out my first windshield when I was 10. I couldn't afford a car when I got my drivers license, so I found a POS 1977 Dodge Aspen 2 door, paid the guy $700, and got the thing running. I drove that car from 1986 to 1992, and my friend I sold it to still has it today. I also owned 3 bars and restaurants, and by 2003, I was burned out. I was going in ten directions and couldn't focus on anything, so I did what you are doing. I sold everything, house, vehicles, toys, everything, and moved to the midwest. It took a year for me to decide that restaurants and bars were where my heart was, and I opened a small place in the big town 40 miles away. It was great. I felt like I could breathe again. Well, one led to two, then two led to three locations, and then I started all over again with cars, and I was back in the same situation I moved away from to Florida to get away from. By 2013, I was exhausted again. I woke up on a Saturday and told my family I was selling everything again and we're going home to Florida. By 2014, we were back in Florida, and I'd returned to the service industry with a small beach adjacent spot. I did that for another 8 years, and someone made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I was working at our family shop on my days off just because I can't be without some grease under my nails. I can't help it. I love cars, everything from repairs to sales. I can talk cars with a total stranger until they just walk away, and they have, believe me. I've been in another Southern state since 2022 doing basically nothing, mostly car appraisals when I can to kill the boredom. Last week, I looked at a nice corner building with three bays, a waiting area, offices, and forty parking stalls. I've got the fever again. There is something about the smell of a service bay and the banter with the customers and mechanics I am addicted to, apparently. My point is happiness comes in all forms, and in business it's better to know when to get out, step back, and remember why you do what you do and ask yourself if you still want to do it and if you do, what will you do different. The alternative is to keep on spreading yourrself too thin and ruin everything you've worked hard for to build. Vent on, my friend. I've been there too. You'll figure it out and feel like a new man soon. I'll still be here watching and liking.
After being in Florida full time since 2008 I could never move up North again. Its a cool morning in Tampa,55°, cool but at least its not 35°.
@@richardmorris7063 oh yeah, I'm a Southerner and that decade of midwest 8 foot snow drifts and needing to buy a plow blade for my small tractor to clear my driveway was definitely a part of my decision to leave. My property had about 1/4 miles of driveway. No way was a shovel going to cut it. On bad days the rural gravel roads would turn into an ice sheet and I lived up a small hill. It was a great property, miserable in the winter. That's why I ended up staying in the South, well below the snow and ice belt.
Holy yap
@@SoosRamirez1 I'm old. This is my social life. You are welcome!🤣
I discovered your channel when Auto Auction Rebuilds ran its course with me. Randy was a buyer of junky cars and started struggling to move them, which became a predictable and boring theme to me. At least with you, you're actively doing fresh and different things to vary the channel's content and engage viewers. And now you're purging to make room and proactively clearing out some stuff. I see no problems here. No one's perfect, but at least you're pushing and grinding, and I, for one, appreciate it. You go brother.
How could you even mention Randy in here, that pos has NOTHING in common with Craig.

You’re literally the reason I own my car dealership right now, these videos are amazing and have helped changed my life.
Most people don’t realize what it takes to film edit and post these regularly.
I’m in Nebraska but I’m going to meet you someday
A semi-profund statement - "They know zero struggle". Everyone should know some struggle. Struggle makes you appreciate stuff. When stuff is acquired without effort or struggle, you just want more easy, free stuff. It becomes disposable and has little or no value. Teach your children well. You are a wise man, Craig.
Moving to Florida, establishing a new dealership etc will provide some great content. The journey will be interesting and I’m sure you will get many viewers along for the ride.
As an ex-floridian.. (orlando, moved back to midwest during '07 recession) man.. think TWICE about going back- then think one more time. The COST of everyday life.. house, food, INSURANCE, tolls, your business lot and overhead.. dude. Maybe try a southward move, without the actual fla part. The carolinas are hot right now, and rarely see snow. Georgia is.. heh. Georgia. Not to be a naysayer, but between the professional scammer customers, and the professional shystie competition.. all i can say is goos luck fighting all that. The boriqua and the pakistani lots will eat you alive.
Not shoveling snow would totally make me happy 👍
its a choice. youre welcomed in florida were snow doesnt exist
Also shoveling (repetitious nothing work) is great for thinking time
It's good cardio, this country could use cardio.
Humidity is a killer in Florida
@@edkalsbeek1765 I’ve been to Florida one time and I changed my shirt 3 times that day lol.
Dude.. you are not “Crying Wheels”. For the record, your videos have helped me a lot. I plan on starting my dealership after the election and all of my thanks goes to you. Great job man! Thanks for everything!
Good luck to you man, rooting for you!
Thank you for all the entertainment you have given us, best of luck for you and the family
I would suggest a place like Greenville SC or maybe even Charlotte NC. No snow but still get all for seasons. You have mountains, lakes, and beaches all drivable and lots of zero rust cars. SC doesn’t have state inspection or emissions. Florida is played out
I second that. Me and my family packed up 12 years ago and moved to Pinehurst. Best decision we ever made was leaving the cold and getting to North Carolina.
Glad u realize it and acknowledge it. You got this, its time to go back to practicing what you preach. You can do it.
North West > North East for vehicles. No rust and not a lot of snow storms
Trust me you don't want to open a dealership here in Florida. Maybe it was good back in the day but it's not worth it anymore.
Thanks for being real Craig, don't be so hard on yourself. I genuinely laughed out loud when you said 'I need you to suffer through the junks with me', I will for sure 👍🏻
How much longer till the kids graduate highschool? Stick it out until then. Can be difficult and very upsetting for kids to uproot like that
F that! We moved several times when I was a kid, and never under the best of circumstances (Under adverse conditions or escaping those conditions).....and as much as I hated the idea of leaving my original childhood home, I have to say the moves were great blessings and opportunities to experience different things, and they gave me a true education and made me much more versatile and wise. The initial resistance to a major move wears off in a matter of days. It's a GREAT opportunity for the kids...to have to learn how to handle not being comfortable for a brief period; to make new friends; experience new things, etc. And it gives them perspective...maybe they'll really miss their best friend..or maybe they'll realize that there are even better ones out there and they were just friends because of physical proximity. It's a true growth opportunity. Kids who have had to move a time or two always have a leg up in life.
Awful advice. Moving develops so many skills for children. I moved like 10x as a kid and it was MOMENTS of anxiety before I made new friends but it left me with friends all over the country and an ability to open relationships with anybody. People need to stop bubble wrapping their kids. It is creating narcissistic adults.
@@gulfbreezescapes4429I see both sides of the situation. Just sayin if they only have a year or two to finish up high school might be worth sticking it out just a bit longer
At the end of the day, I think a lot of the people commenting negative things still watch your videos because you’re one of the few who think out your ideas while recording instead of just saying some scripted intro/outro.. we can see your thought process happen in real time. So even if there’s overlap or you start repeating yourself, it’s you displaying your humanity.👌🏻👏🏻
I’ve been watching for a few years now and have seen almost every single video you’ve made and have really enjoyed coming along for the journey. Best of luck to you and your family in Florida!
Leaving papa al, your dad, brother and all your friends is going to be tough. Then going from a pond to an ocean trying to compete in Florida vs New Hampshire. Best of luck Craig and I'm sure you have your reasons
Do what you love and supports your family, many of us enjoy the entire journey. Best wishes
Proud of you Craig. This was a great video. It's the first time in a long time I've felt like we got to see the authentic you. Alot of us started with the boat or flipping to a Ferrari and those felt like real life and fully authentic. We're here to support you and follow on the journey.
Very inspirational!! My wife and I are dealing with very similar issues. thank you!!!
life comes in waves. You can only float so much. Family, Family, Family! You are lucky to have a lot of family. that's what counts. the rest of everything else is just stuff. Good Luck. Rooting for ya
After watching this…..I’ve got a guilty conscience. I have a two car garage and basement FULL OF STUFF.
Good luck with your move. The knowledge you share is always appreciated.
Thanks for being so open I appreciate it. I really enjoy your videos.
I live close by and understand the stress of this spring. You seem to be really stressed and bordering on Depression.....take it easy.
You seem to show the most excitement when you are doing videos in Florida. I don't blame you for moving back to Florida where you can enjoy the better weather. Living up north can be extremely depressing. Cold snow and salt destroying roads. I support your decision and I hope yoir family will enjoy the move also. Best of luck and will continue to watch your videos
We moved to Florida a few years ago after living in the same house for 15 years getting rid of the stuff was one of the best parts. I miss none of it and now refuse to allow stuff to accumulate I sell, donate or toss it.
I'm struggling with the same issues and it's refreshing to know others are facing the same challenges. I wish there was a service I could call that would just make the stuff disappear and offer me some money for it, enough to make me feel like I'm not being screwed over.
Your videos don’t suck Craig- don’t let the haters get you down- it’s your life and we all have to reinvent ourselves and make hard decisions sometimes- congrats on doing just that- honestly after a hard day or week your videos are the highlight of my week - they help me disengage from all my stress and get lost in the fun of what you do- can’t wait to see your next chapter in Florida! Crazy question- ever come across an Opal GT? They called them “poor man’s vette” back in the day - I had an orange 72 that was my first car at 16- I fantasize about buying one some day :)
I feel the same way,I’m a resident, love the outdoors, love the people, the past few winters were tough, hate the cold rain.
I’m ready for a move to a better climate.
Been there, done that. I was in the car business for several years. It was a never-ending battle, and the customers made me bitter. In 2019, we sold everything, and I mean everything, and moved to Florida. I could never move back to the cold North, but I do miss their summers. Today after me and wife took the kids to school we took our jeep to the beach and had ourselves a beach day.
I hope you don't close down your dealership because I hate to see the personnel that you brought on suddenly have to be looking for work I'm hoping maybe your brother would be able to take over the business and keep things going
My wife and i moved to NC from Syracuse, NY, 10 years ago. Best thing we ever did. Quality of life is so much better down South. We're outside all year round. We're making more money, getting taxed a lot less, and cost of living lower. Living in the north is just depressing. Good decision to move south.
Just remind everyone not to bring the Northern politics with you. There’s a reason why everything is better in the South. For years our political choices have created better outcomes. We love and welcome new people but we don’t want our area of the country screwed up the way people did the North.

Just sold our car lot and sold the property including everything with it, can certainly relate as we just did this and said this exact words about “stuff” we had so much “stuff” not starting from zero but pretty close to it, best of luck Craig ❤
Good for you, Craig. I'm excited for you and your family. Struggling is good. I'll be praying for you.
I’m so happy you’re coming south Craig. We aren’t perfect either by any means but at least the rust issue won’t be an issue. I’m rooting for you man.
I appreciate how genuine you are with what's going on.
Craig I have nothing but love for you my brother. Remember that everybody who clicks on your channel can also change it. It's very easy to sit back and go through different channels and just critique everybody. God bless you and your family.
So true 🤩
As a person from north Europe I have to ask. Don't you use anything to protect the frame from salt and rust?
Fluid film, its lanolin (sheep oil) based. Apply to the bottom side with an undercoating sprayer yearly before winter. It really helps
There are various methods to slow down the damage. Coatings (applied yearly) and meticulous cleaning (that most people will not be bothered with) but in the end the corrosives will prevail. The corrosives used are getting stronger and used far to often in more and more places.
The only solution is keep a vehicle stored during the corrosive season, replace the vehicle every few years or move to an area that doesn't see snow and ice.
You can never appeal to everyone….I’m a car guy and get tired of watching car stuff. Like the variety you provide. Keep it positive and good luck to you. I’ll keep watching
Excited to see this new chapter in your life! Really enjoy the videos, I’m a small independent dealer in KY and if our entire family wasn’t here I would love to start a small car lot in Florida…. I think the UA-cam content with the move is going to be great!
Craig, I was born with nothing and still have most of it left. Balance: Work 8, Play 8, Sleep 8.

Craig. No need to apologize. I watch several channels and your content is awesome. Real life, real situations. There will always be detractors. I think your content is more real and it is what it is and not some staged nonsense others are doing to get a view. Best of luck, keep punching out the content. I bet more subscribers echo what I am saying vs the negative Nelly’s who haven’t done much of anything in their life. Let’s see them produce a Vlog. Stay strong. 😎😎😎 If your ever in Tampa hit me up!
Hope you enjoy Florida and get your life back to a little bit less hectic pace. Thanks for continuing to make content and bring us along for the ride!
This is a really great video, thanks dude. Hey from Canada

I'm thinking about getting an '03-'05 SRT4. If I do, I'll be richer than you!
The difference is you’re broke but that don’t mean he’s rich well off and rich are two different things I’m in a similar situation as craig I’m an rv dealer I own a nice home have some fun cars couple brand new trucks but I wouldn’t consider myself rich because I still need to work if I just said eh forget my business let it rot I would probably be fine for 2 or 3 years but eventually expenses and everyday life would drown me until I can sit on my ass all day on a beach somewhere doing nothing but having fun and my finances still aren’t affected then no I wouldn’t consider myself rich I would consider myself well off
"rich", among other things, is a relative term. AND, if you are not happy with your particular situation when comparing it with others, go and do something about it. I will never be dropped in your lap.

I have to say, moving south is a really really bad idea. I did the same, and its completely broke us. The grass is not always greener on the other side. Florida is expensive, houses are smaller, insurance is nuts. It's a bad move.
This move doesn't surprise me.

Craig, you are one of the most real people on UA-cam. Your content shows the good, the bad, and the ugly of life. Keep it real brother. You have taught me so much about how to take care of the little things that bother me on my vehicles, how to get in there and do it yourself, and still be a great family man. I get it, we all have our good and bad days. Thanks for showing us you are human. I appreciate you sharing your life with me via this channel.
It was nice meeting you at Barrett Jackson Saturday and chatting with you for a bit. I’ve been watching your videos since Covid and what’s kept me watching is that your videos are…real. Although watching someone daily drive a supercar, or watching a tour of a $100 million dollar yacht are cool, I find your videos much more entertaining because they’re real and relatable. Do what makes you happy, like I said…I moved to south Florida 12 years ago and my only regret was not doing it sooner. I sold everything I had in Ohio and came down here without knowing anyone or anything. I built a life, met an amazing woman, and started a great family…this is what makes me happy (year long beautiful weather helps tremendously). You and your family will LOVE it here. As for your cars, maybe try and do like a giveaway or raffle, or something. Maybe it will give/inspire others to get into flipping cars that couldn’t otherwise do so. If you’re ever in or around Palm Beach and need a hand or wanna grab a drink…let me know.
Hey Craig, I don't think I've ever commented before, but this video made me want to reach out, remember life is about enjoying yourself, making memories and when it's all said and done having no regrets, so if moving to FL will make you happy, do it, dreams are there to be chased, don't do anything you aren't 110% in for because it'll show in the results, just be you, do what you do and let everyone else say what they want, but if you wake up happy everyday who cares? Be safe, take care, I'll keep watching no matter what
I can relate.. Great video.. We're dealing with the exact thing. The dead inventory (Business) and clutter (Personal) sneak up on you.. We're trying to refocus and edit down our life.. I wish you the best of luck..
Take every vehicle you have to the auction and sell them with no reserve, pack your bags and head to FL
But he'd rather set them on fire than sell them for what the market says they are worth. "It's only worth what someone is willing to pay" feels like his passion has made him lost sight of that. Like the skyline that's not a gtr. Yes during covid it was a $40,000 car well times have changed gtr's are everywhere. The r34 became legal and the r33 is the least wanted model and there is nothing about it that sets it apart or makes it rare production anymore. It MIGHT be a $20,000 car now on a good day. The paint job which I know was expensive actually hurt the value because everyone knows it's not a real MNP. R34 gtt turbos can be had for $30-40k now all day.
It's that simple?!! Great!!
Idiot.
Who says they've been sucking? Against what standard? Just keep teaching us the best way to do things and things will be fine. Thanks for all your help!
There is a tremendous feeling of freedom when stuff no longer owns you. Minimizing stuff and enjoying relationships is so much more fulfilling. "Stuff" is empty; it doesn't care about you like your family does. Everyone is on their own unique process of self-discovery, in their own way and their own time. You're doing better than you think.
I have learned a lot and enjoyed watching your channel. Thanks for sharing your expertise and I wish you the best in your upcoming new journey.

Totally agree. Orlando traffic is insane

i have to say i relate in a way. i used to buy dirt cheap darn near free bmws and fix them up, and move into mercedes more recently, however when i started to work on them and fix them up, i could care less. i dont have the desire to turn a wrench like i used to, and then add into the mix the cost of gas, and insurance over the last few years and its not a fun hobby anymore. theres a point when saying "gotta pay to play" turns into gotta be a slave to play.
in terms of "stuff" well this is what happens when people make money and keep spending spending spending and using kids and happy wife happy life as an excuse. in the end you are never going to be satisfied. im happier making a little less money, and also cutting out buying anything that isnt a NEED anymore. its pretty rare i "treat myself" with material items. to have an entire dumpster and still not done means yall buy too much crap.

Have done own repairs and paint and body work. Always enjoyed working on cars. I know you will excel in whatever you do. So true about all the stuff we collect. Collect. Good luck on your new adventure.
Justed started a small dealership in Florida. Just a retired guy that couldnt sit still any longer. Would like to come and see you when you get down here. Your videos have helped me alot so thanks and good luck.
I just found your channel a few months ago. You show us life as a used car dealer. I work at a small mom and pop lot from the time I was 15 to 39 and went from washing cars to working on them and selling them. You know at a small lot you wear all the hats... Glad I found your channel and hope you keep your channel going
Good luck with the move, love the channel and videos. Keep up the good work
Craig I don't even feel your videos have been bad! You are part of my inspiration as to my confidence in the choices I make in Kansas City, mo. I feel you have been through alot of the crap I've been through. Thank you for your truth in the business and letting people know what we as dealers go through.
Imagine grass turning green after spring rain. Weird. 🤦🏼♂️
