At 10:47 in your video, when providing instructions for Panel 2, the text on the screen says to crochet 23 rows, yet the verbal instructions state to crochet 22 rows. Would you please clarify which is correct? I want to make this vest, but want to be sure it's going to work out properly. Thank you!
