Come to southern california. You will learn that physicians will want more money than the insurance will pay them so they add multiple 'codes' to claim the insurance. Example: Patient got treatment A from physician which the physician will want to charge (example $500) by submitting a claim to the insurance with that treatment code. Insurance say 'no', we will only pay ($100), we cover $80, patient pays $20. Then physican comes and asks the patient to pay for that unpaid $400 from the patient! Example: Physician will even claim multiple treatments from the insurance (treatments which the patient didn't even receive) to add up all the treatment cost! The clueless insurance company will cover $400 and have the patient pay $100. Then when the patient refuses to pay those treatment he or she didn't get, the physician will 'ignore' the patient entirely when trying to contact the office. JUSTICE? Doesn't exist in California.
That surgeon sat in my apartment with the other medical "students," and he lied about being a dental student. He was a resident surgeon, not a dental student.
what is the difference? he hadnt finished residency yet or found a specialty? i really hate doctors if i may say. i wish it was 20 years in education for them.
my friend erik has adhesive arachnoiditis narrowing severe stenosis tinnitus and debilitating headaches after a botched fusion surgery , the orthopedic surgeon just laughs about it ... Hey still got paid for destroying the guys life
