Rootfs corrupted. Solved
Clear termux data and rerun all the install process nethunter.
Firts messaje termux choose default( N) .
Rootfs directory exists, create new select(y).
When asked delete file and re-download select no (N)

Nethunter is a emulator or kernel overlap (incase you flash the ROM file) and Kali Linux is a full os like android here what shows in this video this Linux version work as application of Android so it haven't full access of Android hardware like we have in our computer Kali Linux
