Just sharing my ideas one of my favorite book series, A Song of Ice and Fire by George RR Martin. This video may contain spoilers for those of you who are not up to date with the series. That goes for the HBO show and the books.
I'm just speculating and guessing on some ideas that I have on how future events will transpire in the series. Keep in mind however, I know nothing.

People critiquing the movie over how crazy Patrick is should read the book. In the book, Patrick is a full fledged sociopath/anti-social. He's doesn't think anyone exists but himself so he see's people as things. In the book, Pennywise couldn't really transform into anything to scare Patrick at first because he doesn't fear anything since nothings real to him.
I think Patrick was probably the most interesting Character of the book, because he thinks he is the only real person, But the fact he gave Henry what he gave him made me wonder, he probably has actual feelings for Henry , but I also think Patrick thinks he owns him, and I feel bad because Beverly had to see that.
Oh, he's not just a garden variety psycho, he's a sociopathic Sophist.
I mean, at least IT has the bullshit excuse of needing to feed, but Patrick is a real monster.
@@Xer0sama Also there's the fact that IT is a higher being that doesn't really view humans on the same level at all, only seeing humans as food and play things at most.

Good grief, the only thing scarier than reading this book was hearing You narrate it . I enjoyed your GOT readings but this was downright terrifying, you have a real talent for horror.

I love that you touch on non ASOIAF stuff as well. Keeps things fresh.
I have this feeling that King wants his catalog to equal something more than his principals were willing to stand for. The type of overarching, interwoven, thematicism he grasps for requires years of pure obsession for a story to marinate. For every line to have blood sweat and tears, and to be something larger than just words on a page; it must have blood sweat and tears in every line, it must always have been meant for something larger. That can't happen at 3 books per year.
I love King, and hold IT as one of his best works, but the dark tower reveal was forced, and deleterious. It just was.
Since Patrick was even worse than Henry.
You’d think Pennywise would manipulate him and use him to try and kill the losers like he used Henry.
Patrick was probably too crazy to be manipulated. He thought he was the only living creature in existence.

But ive rocketed through all your Dune videos, the Foundation stuff, the narrations. Also I was stoked to see someone finally do Hyperian some justice. That book was the reason I started reading sci-fi..

Patrick's character freaked me out a lot the whole part where he kills his baby brother got me to thinking, It is mentioned a lot either Floating or being in the wind as a few forms. When Patrick kills his brother thr windows shake from the wind so I'd say It had something to do with the murder.
The beginning made me very uncomfortable.

Yeah this wasn't in either movie. I thought we were supposed to be more accepting of alternative lifestyles.
Also I'm a bit disturbed at young Ben's semi-unhealthy interest in the New Kids on the Block and how the newer movies downplayed the fact that he had a way more passionate love for Beverly than Bill. Even though in the book Bills wife Audra is said to resemble Bev implicitly, during the end of the ritual of Chud chapter the connection between Ben and Bev is solidly described during the preteen gang bang scene. Its put as each boy comes to her she has a sense of who it is but she knows it's Ben because of his fat belly and other "things" to put it delicately, and gives more of herself with him. Read the book it's strongly hinted that all the boys are infatuated with Beverly but her and Ben have the greatest connection. I wouldn't mind seeing that in the new movie but instead they push the hero and Bev. Bill. SMH. The love interest between two unlikely characters like Hot Bev and Fat Ben would be a nice change in the dynamic even though his kiss brought Bev back they could've done more to show the deeper connection. Even though in the book she's explicitly stated to be average looking as a child who blooms into womanhood later in life. Damn I love King.

Awesome Battle She never floated in the book, that experience occurred a few chapters before the losers went to the sewers to confront against IT. Patrick died too early in the movie.
