I'm so relieved that you still plan to go to this location and to dig down and unearth this magic carpet - and cleverly you haven't revealed the location in this video to prevent any others to find it (not that I would do something so unethical). Thank you for sharing this story, you did have very kind parents who took you to this place, but I do with they waited despite it getting late. Personally I would have waited as long as it takes for my child to find it, but that's just me.
I think there are enough magic carpets to go around, and yes, my parents at the time were patient and understanding. This is the kid who a few years earlier would run out into the middle of the street because he was interested in cars... And I think a Vondadpete someday would be an awesome thing!
