Then the fact that it couldn't run quickly and smoothly is due to the strong cogging effect as you used iron bolts as magnetic cores. You might have reduced the cogging effect if you used more turns in the coils or used a thicker copper wire to strengthen the magnetic field and thus overcome the cogging.

It would be much faster and more convenient to wind the coil outside the housing: first make several securing turns in the housing, remove the bolt, wind the coil, and only after that secure the bolts in the housing with glue 😊

You can further increase the flux of the rotor by connecting the permanent magnets at the sides opposite to the coils with an iron ring. I do not recomment iron core coils because of their cogging forces. This is also the reason why axial flux motors usually work with air coils. The induction in the air gap is strong enough and well directed so iron cores for the coils have more disadvantages than advantages.
Not the existing shaft-based motor, A shaft fixing motor would be good. If you put an electric wire in the center of the shaft and rotate the barrel like a wheel, it will be fixed with an existing motor frame so that the motor will not be easily damaged.
Put an iron ring on both out sides of the magnets to bridge them all together, it will exaggerate the field being used giving your motor yet more torque.. it will be a decent electric generators as well 👍

Bon projet. Dommage pour la fin. En fait il fallait mettre les 2 faces de rotor en position de répulsion au lieu de les mettre en attraction comme vous l'aviez fait. Si les aimants des 2 faces s'attirent au repos, alors, lorsque la bobine est alimentée par une impulsion, elle attire un rotor et repoussé l'autre. La durée de l'impulsion étant très courte, son effet electro magnetique s'estompe aussitôt puis les aimants en vis à vis des deux rotors s'attirent fortement et brusquement et s'empêchent de tourner. Les rotors s'attirent avec une telle force qu'on voit à la fin que vous avez du mal à les separer.... Une autre possibilité aurait été d'alterner les polarité des aimants sur chaque face du rotor, face nord suivi d'une face sud etc.. Une dernière solution aurait été de ne garder qu'un seul rotor. Ça aurait marché mais avec de la puissance e en moins.
No. Sensored esc has additional input for hall wires and no back emf detection. Sensorless esc has back emf detection built in so no need for hall sensors wires.
