Home appliances are now replacing induction single phase to Dc or Bldc❤..

Completely bogus, there’s 3 lines on the disk when it’s running which is why you never show it running to or from stop. This motor wouldn’t actually do anything in practice as the windings are too wide and 2 far from the stator, also with 2 magnets it would have very little torque. It will do about 25k rpm maximum with no load, add load it wouldn’t even move a 1/18 buggy and even then it would melt or just disintegrate after about 30 seconds. Why do you think the likes of TP power use small statist with minimal clearances and Kevlar bound stators. That’s why they are rated to 10 second bursts of 100k. most manufactured motors are only rated to 50-60k and at that speed the stator is still the weak point.
Other than that it was a nice little project to show how a brushless motor is constructed. I suppose the make a 75k motor was a little click bait.

I'm confused about using copper wire to wrap around the magnets... If it's purpose is to hold the magnets on then carbon fiber would make more sense (that's what Tesla did), so I'm left thinking that it's serving another purpose. I'm guessing the limit on rpm would be the inductance of the coils at these high frequencies. Can anyone explain more?
