    ✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
    * Suji (सूजी) - 2 Cup
    * Ghee (घी) - 1 Tbsp
    * Oil (तेल) - 2 Tbsp
    * Mustard Seeds (राई) - 1 Tsp
    * Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1 Tsp
    * Urad Dal (उरद दाल) - 1 Tsp
    * Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) - 4
    * Cashew Nut (काजू) - Some
    * Curry Leaves (करी पत्ता) - Some
    * Carrot (गाजर) - 1/2 Cup
    * Peas (मटर) - 1 Cup
    * Sugar (चीनी) - 1 Tbsp
    * Lime Juice (नींबू का रस) - 1 Tbsp
    * Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐔𝐩𝐦𝐚
    * Water (पानी) - 2 Cup
    * Premix (प्रीमिक्स) - 1 Cup

    ✍🏻RECIPE:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐱, heat a pan, add Rava/Sooji and Ghee. Roast till it becomes light brown on medium low flame. Turn off the heat, take it out on a plate and let it cool. In the same pan, add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Urad Dal, roasted Gram and let them crackle first. Than add chopped Green Chili, Cashew Nuts, Dried Red Chili, and Curry Leaves.Fry until there is no moisture left. Add Fresh Peas, Carrot, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Coriander Leaves, roasted Suji, and Salt and mix well. Turn off the heat and let it cool completely. Then store it in the refrigerator or at room temperature in a ziplock cover or airtight container.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐔𝐩𝐦𝐚, in a pan boil the water. Slowly add the mix to the boiling water and mix it well. Then add Ghee and Coriander Leaves. Cover with lid and cook it for 1 minute on medium low heat. Upma is ready serve with Curd, Salad or Chutney and enjoy! Eat it when it is hot.
