This home was built by Roy Long of real estate fame. Was intended to go on the market for$12M. Rumor has it that it took 3 years to build, several architects, and several builders. The workmanship is exquisite however again rumor has it that it was a nightmare to work on. I have the original sales brochure created as it was being completed. No matter the history and rumors it has to be at the top of the list for most authentic and wonderful feeling home. Notice that I said “home” not house. This is truly a home where your spirit will thrive.
