BONDA - Ingredients :- (Yields approx 25-30 Bondas)
Urad Dal - 1 cup
Raw Rice - 1 tbsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Coconut pieces - medium sized - 1 cup
Hing Powder - 1tsp
Green chillies - 5-6
Curry leaves - 1 strip
Salt - to taste (approx 2 tsp)
TASTY CHUTNEY - Ingredients :-
Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 3-4
Salt - to taste
Roasted Unsalted peanuts - 1/4 cup
Roasted Bengal Gram (Pottukadalai) - 1/2 cup
Ginger - size of 2 Black pepper
