He'd get better spl and air movement if his box was smaller...the sub cant pressurize the air in the box because its so big....Mind as well free air the sub at that point.
You’d be surprised how small these cars are.. I had a 4.9 cft for a zv5 15 and it took up the entire rear hatch space. Hardly able to close the rear seats back upwards. I can see how he is able to get 10 cft. These subs call for 3.5-4 cft per driver. So not entirely too big but WAY too big for a single
I’m curious is there a limit on how big a single sub box can be before it sounds like crap or offers little to no gain?

he's not satisfied with just the one subwoofer you can see it in his body. It played a lot lower with 2 is what he said. Probably louder as well.

My single 12" in my T-Line gives me mote flex than that maybe bcuz my car is much smaller. But it's still a decent bass none the less 👍👍
