I just want to thank you. I was not a good sleeper the last years and the night Sunday to Monday - I never slept more than 2-3 hours. I tried everything even medication. I never liked asmr but since I discovered your videos by accident I sleep so good even without ear plugs. ❤ you don’t know how much better my sleep and life is because of your videos.
