@@01laris yeah agreed. Carrying unnecessary weight will hinder you. Life’s experience is an advantage. I used to think I was too old doing this at 40 but that’s so not true.

@@01laris I’m considering making some investments in apple and tesla. Should have done it years back. Bitcoin etc …. Even day trading which I’m looking into. I know a guy who knocks and just looks up his trades every 30 minutes. Zero Impact on his doors. I know a dude in his 50s knocking and he does very well.

When I had multiple lenders, after learning the same lesson a dozen times at the beginning of the presentation I would also say hey look I don’t want to show you something you can’t have, and then either run a prequal with one of my soft credit options or just ask about each thing on their credit. Score dti bankruptcy etc.
Always worked and I thought it would freak everyone out but it made the whole convo softer if they did the prequal first

Leases come with escalations and they just wanted a fixed payment.
No leases run from 0%-2.9% escalators in FL, especially with Sunnova

I would say like a $30,000 system is literally too good to be true but the option of solar is still significantly cheaper and try to make an argument of the autonomy of having solar and apples to apples comparison
