@@blabla187 It's also about the environment. Not just in ballet, but in anything competitive, some instructors take delight in creating excessively cutthroat environments. That's bound to breed jealousy and resentment, which ends with glass in your pointe shoes.
Fortunately, it seems as though these instructors, while good and obviously teaching their students well, have also bred an environment of community, fun, and sharing in the accomplishments of others.
Compare this to Abbey Lee and Dance Moms. That woman made the studio atmosphere so hostile. No wonder the moms were always going at each other and the children were miserable. I stopped watching after a couple of seasons, but I've seen some of the dancers perform over the years after having left, and their demeanors have brightened considerably. It's reflected in their dancing.

Wonderful! So precise. I danced en Pointe for 13 years, danced a total of 18 years. I never became close to being so precise and capable. Obviously I never made it professionally, but it was still so joyous and fulfilling. I got out before my feet were destroyed long-term, bur just barely.
I appreciate seeing the talented pros so very much, and I feel such love and encouragement for them. I especially love and appreciate those who do and have what I can't. It's as if they are able to fulfill my dreams as well as theirs❤.

Only critique is her leg got lower and she brought the tambourine down the hit it. Other than that she is Prima Ballerina ✨

I LOVE how at the very end, she's pulling off pirouettes like she isn't even TRYING to pull them off anymore.
Pirouettes are just happening, regardless of whether she wants them to or not.
    LOL...LMAO.....

That! She is not doing pirouettes. Pirouettes hare happening in her body. Kinda like I own my dog but we all know that my dog owns me🥹😍.

I LOVE that this has become a thing in Ballet. So beautiful, as close to flight as can be. More beautiful every day. Thank you for sharing. I was a lifer but stepped out, I’m 50, but I think I might get back in w a new mindset. Flying over dancing. Just so happens I FULLY appreciated the flat tire swing today. Thank you AGAIN for your part in my reality upgrade. 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃

I'm sure she knows the actual variation, they are obviously messing around a bit, no harm there. She would not be in that school if she was not an amazing dancer already. Not everything is that serious, even in ballet.
