How to tie a figure 8, figure 8 on a bight, figure 8 follow through.

How to tie a figure 8 knot to tie into a climbing harness, a figure 8 on a bight and a follow through figure 8. All climbers LOVE the figure 8, but how many of you use the other two methods?
