Great job guys. I'm siding with metal as well! I have a good amount of trim details on my page! Metal siding is really tedious and you had the right idea to use galvanized metal, no worries of scratching the paint off any of it.

Harbor Freight sell various different hole saw sets from carbon steel (cheapest) to bi-metal ones (better steel quality, more expensive and more equivalent to the Milwaukee ones) Looks like the one you were using was the carbon steel version.

I noticed you have old style AC units (room AC). Surprised you haven't been sponsored by Mr Cool and install multiple mini-split units or a multi-zone unit. I'm sure they would make it worth your while financially. Can't imagine those use more electricity than the wall units you are using now.

you should be wearing gloves working with sheet metal and corrugated metal. looking good though. Does the nibbler not work on sheet metal? Seems to me it should work better than manual tin snips.

Good job! One question though, won't the metal siding catch all the sun rays and heat the whole house? I'm wondering what are the benefits, and if a huge flaw compared to wood would be to lose insulation AND produce more heat in the summer. But maybe you aim for that, for cold winters?
