How to diagnose AUDIO OFF issue faulty TOYOTA PRADO Altitude/VX/Kakadu 150 (2009 - 2013)

Hi have a similar unit and the amplifier and audio are not showing up on the diagnosis and im not getting the RSE what could be the issue?
