Such a lovely exercise. Salt therapy (that you can experience by the ocean or in a salt cave) has been so amazing as part of my recovery: the negative ions are deeply relaxing and the salt helps POTS, respiratory problems, mould and general cleansing

I completely healed with BR. I remember when I was scared of everything with over 40 symptoms, I watched some videos of you Jason on your channel and it helped me so thank you, and also you Raelan for your videos. I was thinking about starting your course but at that time I had already paid and started another one and it was having good results.
The Polyvagal theory is the key of everything. If you have severe CFS you are in Freeze response, and you have to move through Fight or flight/Sympathetic to reach Parasympathetic. That's why people start having anxiety when moving and go back to freeze. Peter levine explains this Trauma response in some videos.
Brain retraining, somatic movement, vagus nerve exercises, TRE, etc. All these things are GREAT and will heal your trauma (stored emotions in your body).

That’s fascinating. 2 months after 11 years of symptoms and he is fine.
My case ist not even close to his and I am 5 months in a brain training program. Feel much better but there are days that are horrible.
I think I have to use more relaxation techniques. I neglected them.
Thank you for the video Raelan. I love the shorter interviews.

Hi, yes I never expected that I could heal in such a short time vs 11 years of being ill, I tried 4 brain retraining programs most of them I found complicated and overwhelming, then I worked on my own combination as I was healing and made it work! Relaxation is definitely a large part of recovery, as well as dealing with the patterns that lead to the illness, once you program those patterns sustainable recovery and wellness is achievable! Have a great day!

Yes. I did Jason's program and it didn't help me (only made me feel worse). He said the program deals with trauma, but I only learnt after paying, that there's NO actual trauma *release* as part of the program. Full release is the only way to permanently heal it without risking relapse.
I recommend Daniel Van Loosbroek's program as it deals with traumatic root causes much, much better. And it's much cheaper (by donation).
Though some people have more simplistic root causes and they can get away with more surface level stuff like brain retraining, and never have to delve deeper.

About $2100 or $2200 USD. I did this program against my better judgement, and it only made me feel worse. If you really want to do brain retraining, just do one of the cheap programs like Re-Origin. Then at least you're not wasting heaps of money if it doesn't help.
I'd recommend doing a program that properly addresses the root cause though, by releasing all stored trauma through somatic experiencing etc. Daniel Van Loosbroek's program is amazing for this.

And I've seen at least one person relapse as well (to worse than he was in the 1st place), in the short time I was involved. Probably because it doesn't heal the root cause (trauma).
