His golden year was 2007, when he won 3 international trophys with AC Milan, plus many individual honours: Ballon d'Or, FIFA World Player, Serie A Footballer of the Year, UEFA Champions League Top Scorer and Best Player, FIFA World Cup Top Scorer and Best Player. He also was 3 times nominated in UEFA Team of the Year and FIFPro World XI.
Outside Italy Kakà played with São Paulo (2001-2003) and Real Madrid (2009-2013).
With Brazil he won 1 FIFA World Cup (2002) and 2 FIFA Confederations Cup (2005 and 2009).
