I hear you. But I wanted to mention I had a really good experience with my therapist on betterhelp. She was very much equipped to help me. One of the best therapists I ever had. Also, some people would benefit from therapy who otherwise might not be able to go to therapy. Homebound, disabled, etc, . There are other online formats besides betterhelp as well. Talkspace for one. I have no experience with that one so I cannot say if it is "bad" or " good." Just wanted to comment to encourage others to go to therapy whatever way they can. Peace.

I get that you are trying to squeeze as much as possible in lowest time possible, but as I figured, stoicism says to take you time doing things, be present etc.
