I used Bella 1.2 QT Air Fryer. I have this air fryer for more than 2 years with no issues. This is sufficient for 1 or 2 people. You can consider a bigger capacity for more number of people.

Air fried food has little bit different taste compared to deep fried food, more like oven baked food. But it is a healthy option as it requires very less oil. Air fried food will not become dry if you spray/brush/toss food with some oil before cooking, shaking few times while cooking.
Potato skin supports the filling and pulp. If the skin is peeled, there is high chance of collapsing the filling. Also, leaving the skin on a potato while baking keeps the nutrients in the potato pulp from leaving out. It's optional for eating.

Raw or boiled potatoes u have used for stuffed potatoe?
I used raw potatoes. first baked in air fryer and then used for stuffing.

It seems so tedious, if we have to do it for family of 5 about 30/40 the frying time alone will be 45 mins
You need to use a large size air fryer according to number of family members. Here I prepared for 2 people.
