Made it today, it did not cook for me, tested it with a toothpick 35 minutes, it came out clean, but it was not cooked, had to pitch it

Yummy! Does the cake mix need to be the one step type? I ask because when I made your lemon bars, I made the mistake and used the two step mix. Sorry but it turned out awful. The next time I used one step mix. Much better.

Never tried it in an angel food cake pan.

Thank you ,I left it out in the bundt pan all night to let it cool then today it came out very easily but was very very moist.is that normal? most regular angel food cakes arent so I hope I didn't mess it up

No eggs
All she added to the cake mix is water that's called for on the box.
The egg whites are already in the cake mix.
Can you be lazy and just use canned pumpkin pie mix already seasoned?
I've never tried this recipe with the pie mix, but I don't see why not.
I notice every UA-cam chef makes a big deal about using “pure pumpkin” rather than the mix with sugar etc added. Does anyone actually use the latter for anything?! Makes me wonder why they even sell it lol. But I’m from England where we don’t really use pumpkin so maybe I’m just missing something
The pie mix is for pumpkin pie, we don't want everything to taste like a pumpkin pie.
