please I have a question , if the deference between them is small why does wk-220 costs 522 dollars while wk-245 costs only 199 dollars ??? I was thinking to buy wk-245 but the big gap between the two prices is strange , and do you advice to buy wk-245 ? please do not ignore my question , thanks a lot :) :)
Going to be honest with you they both should be the same price if you see a price higher than that then it's price gouging and you can actually report them but both of those models are the same price
I'm looking to make my WK-245 sound like the soundcard that is used to play the Ultima 6 intro. Like in the video from 8-bit guy titled "How Oldschool Sound/Music worked" I AM OBSEESED HELP

Is there any diference between their keybeds? Is the new keybed less noisy, like in the last ctk series?
Hey there. I have a question. How come the used WK-220 keyboards are going for $230-$300 online, but the brand NEW WK-245’s are only $199? Is there something I’m not getting? Or are people on eBay really that greedy?
Awesome video! Thanks for the comparison! :) I'm trying to decide which piano to buy... on the wk 245 can you record more layers than the 220? And does the 220 also have PC compatibility like the 245?
Ypg 235 has a better tiuch response there three level vs casio wk 2 level but even if you put it on low touch yamaha it stiol bettee then casio. Ypg 235 is going to be alot louder speaker quality and has deep bass. Whilw casio may look like big speaker it has flat sound its more treble sound carry 2.5 watt. Yamaha has 6.0 watts I do ofcoursw still like the tone of a piano on casio wk240 i have its the same tone on 245. Just depend what song you playing may souns good or bad. Both can sustain without a pedal
O.K. So they both sound like crap! Casio actually does make some great sounding instruments but these two are not amongst them. Time to move on to the new Casio CT-X5000 keyboard, which has some incredible sounds, and of course their top of the line GP500 series hybrid pianos which are quite spectacular. Enough so that they caused the "Big Boys" to sit up and take notice. The recently introduced Yamaha P515 is a rather amazing development for less than half the price, at least from a sound and touch perspective although it is not as pretty a piece of furniture as Casio GP Series.
The CT-X5000 is much more advanced and these keyboards have been around since the early 2010s, so of course newer keyboards are gonna have better sounds.

I enjoy the fact that the "nutcracker" sound is titled " nutcrack" on screen
Had my WK-220 since 2012 (and it still works).
It'll still work when you're 85 years old, casio's last forever
i had one and it olny work for 3 years, i supose i have bad luck
Just got my 245 from Amazon. I'm in love with this keyboard.
Thank you so much. We have a 220 and are looking at the 245 for my grandson and we wanted a similar one since he is at our house a lot.
Do you think the 245 is the best you can buy for around $200? Looking to buy my first piano.
Yes please!!! Having hard time finding any! Can’t seem to make the six track recording happen on my WK 245!
These two were related from their AHL counterparts. WK-220 is related to CTK-3200, and WK-245 related to CTK-3500.
Hey, are these piano tones the same as the WK660? Im just interested in the piano tones.
Do they make the Casio Digital Key board WK-245 with 88 keys?
how do you get the chords to display at the bottom left corner?
こんな感じなんですね!ありがとうございます~
Thanks Kris. Great job!!
DO you give on line lessons?

These are the prices on amazon , I'm not from the US so wk220 will be expensive because of the shipping , so I thought about wk245

The 245 has a newer Keynes less noisy
Thanks Kris ;-)
it would be nice for you to show the rear connections
"252" in the song banks?
When it obviously says 152 on both?
Hi can anyone tell me which one is better between Yamaha PSR 363 or Casio WK 220 ? I am looking for my first keyboard
are there any video tutorials for the functions on this keyboard?
I can not find any tutorials.
Not on here, but you can read through the manuals. They have plenty of manuals online.
I like the model and the the number of it keys.
The guy that plays the piano at my church has the wk-200, the action is noisy as hell but the piano sound is flawless
Basically the same except for a quick reverb button, why didn't you just say so?
How much does the 220 go for usually ?
Can a talk box be connected with this
Weighted keys? Do they feel like cheap plastic or they feel solid?
No but if you still like the feel of it me I don't care there just keybaord not grand piano
Are the 220 weighted keys? Anyone help?
Song Henry look in the comments someone already answrred your question.

Which one should i get? wk220 $175 and wk240 $240. Both are used items.
Great keyboard!!!!

Yea you can via USB
+KMNKeyboardVault thanxs
how do u use sustain for casio 245
I think you've probably gotten it now but it's quite easy. Just stick it into the sustain connection on the back.
Hold down function button and then hit power. Let go of the function as soon you see if turn on
This is when your keyboards is not turn on
"Nutcrack" :-D
The WK-245 looks a lot like the WK-240. Are they the same thing?
Yes they both look different in color but it is exactly the same keyboard not that much of different features
Does it have touch sensitivity
Yes.
2 level
All the WK keyboards do.
This baby or Yamaha Ypg-235 ?
Ypg 235 has a better tiuch response there three level vs casio wk 2 level but even if you put it on low touch yamaha it stiol bettee then casio.

The CT-X5000 is twice the price and the Yamaha you mentioned is $2000. This is a beginner keyboard!
The keyboards you mentioned are a fortune. What’s your next recommendation a Roland Fantom 8?
How is the touch response on the ctk 5000? Yes casio wk240 i have is not nearly as dynamic as my yamaha psr e 463.
The CT-X5000 is much more advanced and these keyboards have been around since the early 2010s, so of course newer keyboards are gonna have better sounds.
Does your Wk-245 and Wk-220 have built in microphone and sampling capabilities? By the way you are an Art Tatum reincarnated pianist.
I sold both of them long time ago I think it has a Microphone I Love Art Tatum
