A lot of women will laugh and giggle with a man in these situations just because they feel unsafe and don't want to set him off. Maybe she'll even give him her number just to get him to leave, and then she'll block his number as soon as she gets home. And if he listens to these guys, he'll see that situation as a success.

Most of these guys that mysticize talking to women are too scared to actually speak to one in reality. Be wary of someone who sounds like he’s tracking some wild animal through the woods when he’s talking about just another human. 🙄

it's LITERALLY that simple to talk to women too. just, i dunno, treat us like we're human beings???
but these dudes simultaneously put us on a pedestal like women are these crazy mysterious beings, while also completely de-humanizing us and stripping us of our humanity.
like, nothing good comes of that. just treat women like they're people. cuz, you know, they ARE people.

My first date? Go for ice cream or hot chocolate. It's public, it's fun, it's safe. I limit the date to 60-90 minutes to see if there is chemistry. I ARRIVE EARLY AND ORDER FOR MYSELF. No one will ever say I owe them anything over a $5 ice cream. If the date goes well, I may end with a consensual hug (I'm a hugger). The next day, I will text them and either say "thank you for meeting me, I enjoyed spending time with you, and I'd like to see you again" or "thank you for meeting me. I don't think there's chemistry. Best of luck!". Best case scenario, I met a wonderful and compatible person. Absolute worst case scenario - I had a $5 treat, and learned more about what I like and what's not for me.

Yeah that's exactly why I don't get ppl who trash talk the coffee/tea date; like it's not expensive and most women would be fine getting their own beverage especially if they're showing up early. Also for me that's more of a pre-date to feel vibes/chemistry. If you don't feel anything then it's fine bc it's something easier to get out of vs a dinner date. Also if it goes well then the next meet is the official date that will be more of an activity and meal thing.

That guy was giving that energy, talks a big game about kink but it's painfully obvious he doesn't actually know anything about it. And if it's obvious to an asexual, you're just embarrassing yourself.

i'm a middle and high school teacher, and men like this seem to prey on nuerodivergent young men, I feel like. Some of my cis male students who had one difficult experience in a relationship turn to tiktok accounts like these and think that they're being heard and understood and that women, in fact, are both the enemy and the goal. For nueorodivergent kiddos, it's harder for them to read a lie - because so often, they are very honorable people themselves and wouldn't dream of lying. It's messed up on all levels.

Ive noticed that autistics and neurodivergent folks can be super vulnerable to these societal lies. Being autistic means taking people at face value most of the time. There is no single guaranteed wake up call where cishet white men realize that the entire world is lying about this... I almost feel lucky being poc autistic because the early run-ins with inequality taught me to look deeper. But i know a lot of folks in less marginalized positions who cannot concieve of a society that is inherently traumatizing or dehumanizing so many people and getting away with it. For autistics like me, it is REALLY easy to only see the black and white, or to assume there is only one correct way to live because we have to learn to distinguish shades of gray as young adults, which is not encouraged at all! Autistic men in support groups often struggle with knowing what is appropriate or ok, and their only source of info might be porn. autistic women might not know how much attention is appropriate and be accused of being obsessive or stalkers because they see loves as a special interest. When someone is partially "immune" to nonverbal social cues, we get bias filtered in weird and complex ways that make it even harder to get good advice and skills. phew!

Women usually don't make it obvious that there homeless either so if men are being targeted more for it more then it's because they purposely put themselves in these situations. A lot of them refuse to get help so much to a point we're some of them would have to have rehab forced on them just for them to get help.. that could be one of the reasons I've seen them steal so much out of my store because there trying to get themselves busted.
Instead of offering these men rehab they put them up in a hotel rooms knowing men that are uncivilized like that need rehab and a job first before you just put them up in a fancy hotel like that or they might destroy the property or start killing people if they don't have access to their drugs.
That's why it annoys me when these pick mes try to help them because some of them actually can't be helped and they don't even want the help there perfectly fine with being low life's.

Different states, different jobs, different countries. But every where I went, it was the same. Everyone suffering under a system created for specifically men, and everyone else perpetuating it to the detriment of all. But, after many attempts to fit myself into something that never existed and never could, (specifically the ideal mother, wife, daughter, sister, woman, adult, and sailor) I've had to accept that I am me. And me does not mix well with cis men and it's best for all involved if I remove myself instead of insisting that they change.

My brother recently talked about a first date he went on to the movies and afterwards the woman agreed to drive separately to a restaurant for dinner but once they got in their cars she cancelled and ghosted him. He was upset because he paid and he felt entitled to the "basic human decency" of a conversation with her. I explained that it's not safe for women to reject men and that while it's fair to *expect* conversation on a date, he is not and will never be *entitled* to anything from anyone. He's even read books by authors like bell hooks and he agrees that women are oppressed, and yet he still feels his date owed him conversation because he paid for the movie. It truly can be anyone. I got into a Reddit argument the other day that still has me shaken. It was a man talking about how girls ghost so much on the apps, and he mentioned it was annoying because no one calls them out. I politely explained that women have way more matches than men, and sometimes it can be difficult to respond to them all. I suggested he not take it personally and that it would be creepy to call them out. Then another dude came out of the woodwork, saying I should be swiping less if I don’t want so many matches 🤦‍♀️ and they piled on me, asking if I swiped so much just because I wanted validation. I honestly felt really attacked lol and I was like ok, that’s the last time I try to help a man understand something about the female experience. Dec. 31, 2023 I was at the grocery store buying some wine. A guy buying lots of booze tried to tell me he thought I was very beautiful bla bla bla. I told him I wasn't interested and he got booty hurt. I bought my wine and decided to walk the store so I can then walk to my car. I asked the self-check out lady if the dude was gone. She says he took off his big puffy coat and is standing by the exit. I saw him with his cart just waiting until I walked out. I'm sure to continue to harrass me. She called the store's manager to walk me out to my car. I waited 20 mins until I was able to leave the store! I was ready to call my brother to escort me out of the store. Finally the manager walked me out and he saw us walking out and didn't follow because he saw the manager walking with me to my car. Some guys believe NO means YES! This is why I stay at home and alone. The male species makes me feel not safe.

      @rooseveltcapehart1614 3 місяці тому +1

That is unfortunate, and there is some truth to that. What I object to is your use of "male species." One main point of this video is that the creator and many of us viewers agree that using the term FEMALE minds ' (aka, all women) links all women together and takes away their individuality. Which is unfair and gross. But yet, here you are blaming the 'Male species' (aka, all men) for you feeling unsafe, instead of the action of a few individuals' men.
So, how does that make you different from the men in those? Who I'm sure are speaking from their experience of being hurt by a few women, and just like you, find it hard to distinguish the actions of a few, and, instead, links the entire population together?

@@rooseveltcapehart1614there is a very obvious distinction when it comes to comparing women traumatizing people to men traumatizing people.
For centuries men have held the power and have created the systems in effect today that harm every single person. The reason people don't see women as predators is thanks to the patriarchy, the reason men don't usually fight for custody is due to the patriarchy, etc, etc.
The violence that has been perpetrated against women by men as a whole society is very well documented for centuries. The governmental systems took rights away from women, often times with very violent means, there is nothing comparable that women have done to men. The amount of sex crimes that flood our history books, even the fact that marital r@pe wasn't even illegal until the 70s-90s in supposed "civilized" nations is barbaric.
Now should we talk about the violence in the medical field that has targeted women for again centuries? How about the fact that the way women give birth in hospitals is thanks to a Male king's fetish? How about the fact that the "father" of gynecology systematically tortured and brutalized enslaved black women to "experiment"? How about the fact that for decades husbands would lobotomize their wives, institutionalize them, drug them, etc for something as small as having an opinion?
How about the fact that women used to be able to own land and then that right was stolen for them, how about the fact that women had to fight for the right to vote and that black women had to fight for decades longer? How about the fact that women couldn't have their own bank accounts for decades? How about the fact that women used to not he able to divorce their husbands?
There have been centuries of systemic violence that is mostly perpetrated by men and the patriarchy that has harmed and brutalized women for centuries, and it still continues to do so. The fact that 1 in 4 women is a victim of SA and yet when a victim comes out the first response is to try and prove them wrong.
It is not dehumanizing to be wary of the primary source of violence in society. If women have traumatized you no woman will chastise you for being wary, men might. But if a woman is scared of men due to trauma and is just wary of all men you automatically cry "oppression". If you are a cis het white man you have never felt oppression based solely on who you are. Men are statistically the most likely to he violent, the most likely to sa, the most likely to do a myriad of things. If you'd be wary of a shark in an ocean why can't we be wary of men in a society built by them?
      Open a history book.

That was fine, what wasn't fine was the guy insisting on staying at my house when I had never met him before that night. He lived in a city that was about 50 mins away from the town I live in. He was saying how he was so tired and he'd rather stay the night in my town than get a lift or taxi home. There was no way I would allow a stranger to stay the night in my parents home without their permission either, they had gone to bed. I was not interested in that guy romantically or in any casual one night stand as that's not the type of person that I am at all. Hell no. He made me feel guilty as I was able to walk home as he was visiting his friend. He was using a sort of emotional blackmail to make me feel bad that he was tired and had to travel home. I felt like he might follow me home and I didn't feel safe. I had to walk home and my friends were going in a different direction. He took a good night to making me feel unsafe. What a creep.

Thank you Mickey for the amazing breakdown! I usually don’t watch these types of alpha male videos because they’re so emotionally fatiguing, but sometimes I’m curious what they’re saying. This felt like a safe space to explore that.
Now the next thing I want to say, I want to be clear that in NO WAY am I blaming the women in these scenarios. Men who treat dating and sex like games need to take responsibility for that behavior, and work on their ability to see themselves and others as autonomous beings. However, I think these views persist on the internet because in some cases it has worked for men. Before I was deep into my healing, I was somewhat attracted to emotionally unavailable men and what I thought was “masculine”. Now I know that was because they reminded me of the toxic men in my family. That said, even though I consented, it still wasn’t my fault that they went on to mistreat me and cause harm.
I only mention this because it’s just another reason to focus on healing and growth!! Now if I catch even a whiff of these attitudes, I call the men out. I knew I was healed on a deep cellular level when I started feeling physically repulsed by them too, instead of attracted. Anyways Cheers!! Love your channel ❤️

Yeah I think some of these men do get encouraged by the fact they can keep finding victims but that is definitely not the victims fault. My ex was like this and luckily he wasn’t able to be as bad as he could have been because we were still teens and his parents would have hopefully stepped in for that. Finding someone emotionally vulnerable that could not set boundaries (me) absolutely made him think what he was doing was fine and that he wasn’t doing anything bad. It’s awful and one of the reasons we need more videos like this to both combat the men like this and help give their victims a place to maybe start getting out and healing.
They’re definitely also encourage by people *not* stepping in when they do see or hear these things. Especially other cis men not stepping in.

It's so true, patriarchy lays the framework for so much ab*se and grooming to happen at such a young age and at home in children's lives, that framework undermines (using the binary here in this context like misogynists do) women's ability to discern character flaws and mistakes and oversights from the manipulation that men use to gain access to them.
      🖤💜💙💚💙💜🖤
      It's absolutely hideous.
I hate that too, I used to blame myself for everything and had no self confidence and zero education on how to spot manipulation or set boundaries so I "played" into a lot of these tricks too, when I was just trying to make friends (guys never satisfied with just friends) and date peers.
      🖤💜💙💚💙💜🖤
(Also: the amount of dudes who LIE about their age is astounding, I look young for my age, but I am still my age, and no longer fall for the "lots of men Gray at 30" reason dudes have given me in the past for why they look 45-50 at the big age of 30, like me. I never wanted to hurt their feelings telling them they look older and never pushed back on it until a few years ago, but lie they do) 😝
      🖤💜💙💚💙💜🖤
      Much Love!!

@@saltydinonuggies1841 yes, you’re exactly right! The reason I wanted to comment was because I could imagine if one of them watched this video… their response would be “well, it works”. Which is super problematic in itself, but I wanted to make a distinction that it might be working with women who are still operating from a place of trauma.
Again, I tried to be really careful with wording because this line of thinking can easily devolve into victim blaming. I just really want to see more women standing up for themselves and walking away from bad behavior. Which is easier said than done of course!!
And you are SO SPOT ON that more cis men need to be speaking out on this. That would bring so, so, so much change. I’ve seen it starting to happen in small online circles but they get lit up with abuse from other men calling them Simps. Really sad.

"The female mind" as if we all share one brain. There is no such thing as the female mind or male mind, there has simply been a forced false dichotomy among men and women for so long that we've developed these sort of differences. If women were treated the same as men from the beginning, we'd all be much more aware of how similar we really are.
