I have no injuries, but the other persons insurance is lowballing me with 2k instead of around 6k, which is what the collossion repair shops in their network have estimated.

I actually fell in McDonald's 2 days ago, there was no sign at all. The janitor was the one who actually helped me up and decided to mop and put the sign after i fell. Was told i have a concussion and whiplash. Not sure if they will offer something or not.

I fell at a Domino's years ago and had to get in touch with their corporate managers and they had a claim rep contact me to file an incident report and paid me through their company medpay liability. I didn't go through a lawyer because I didn't get seriously injured. In your case you may need an attorney

U don't need a demand letter because what ever you demand the adjuster will say no so start of asking 4 times meds bills plus lost wages and you medication this is fo soft tissue injury

The insurance company will generally pay no more than the policy limits. In Nevada, you can go after the assets of the defendant beyond insurance. Its more complex due to collections, but that's why many businesses have multiple layers of insurance.
