23:52 I do have to agree that $34.99 for Disney ears is needlessly expensive, too, considering how the ears are lower in price in all the non-US parks. Disney really has raised the prices of theme park merchandise in the US in the past few years, and my guess is that they were trying to compensate for the rest of the company not doing so well financially since the pandemic.

I totally get why you wanted to treat yourself and your mum and splurge on this trip without holding back. Looks totally worth it. And if you can do this, why won't you? Good for your! Lovely! You both deserved this!
We went last year to disney world for the first time and we went to norway to eat the schoolbread because I heard so much about it and I loved it. We both had one each and it filled me up. Ate it around 13.00 and didn't need anything until like 18.00/19.00
Try La Hacienda across from the Pyramid next time. The food there is amazing and if you ask for a fireworks table and you eat on the late side you will have a lovely view too!
Hi Sam, Love the ease of getting the monorail from GF to Epcot, that's so cool. And I do love the new garden space in Epcot with Walt's statue, I get a very calming vibe from it! 😊I absolutely adore the new Moana Journey of Water area, its amazing.

I've been loving this series of videos as going to the parks with my mom is my favorite way to go, so I enjoy seeing you do the same with yours! Last time I dined at San Angel Inn was all the way back in 2007, and the service was the worst I've ever gotten at Disney that I've never tried going back 🫣 Your story just makes me not try it for a bit longer still, yikes! But glad that overall you still enjoyed it 💖
San Angel Inn is one of my favorite sit-down restaurants at Epcot! their Enchiladas and totopos con queso are so good!
Nice to see a photo album, haven’t found one in Paris since 2018 and going to Florida in august and was hoping to print my photos off so I’ll definitely have to get one🤩🤩

Those black Mexico ears are at Disneyland Paris. In Thunder Mesa Mercantile. And the 3 Caballero's ride is the best 😁
Great video :) I'd agree that San Angel Inn isn't worth it, especially compared to other table service restaurants in World Showcase (plus I can never see what I'm doing inside the Mexico pavilion...). Teppan Edo in the Japan pavilion is always a must for me. I didn't get to check out the Journey of Water this time around, but it looks really great! Sad I missed it, because I really needed that water in 31C heat!
i feel so validated to hear you talk about being consumed by how americans used entrée for the main course, i'm like…no, i speak french, that's not what that word means skfjslkfjdslkf
If you google the word entree, it says the main course. Maybe not in French, but guess what you are in America!
I thought it was so odd to when I went on the Disney cruise. In New Zealand entree is offered as a starter then follows your main meal and desert. I was definitely confused.

I have had really good meals with good service at San Angel Inn and I I have been there several times. I would say you had a bad experience and maybe try it again.
Glad to read that! Sadly, after 2 mediocre experiences within the space of a decade, I feel like I’d rather try some of the other Disney World restraurants now before one day returning to San Angel 😊
