- Welcome to this exciting video of a business class flight from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) to Istanbul Airport (IST) on Turkish Airlines! Join me as I take you through my experience flying in one of the most luxurious cabins available in the skies.
We start off in the Turkish Airlines lounge at IAD, where I show you around the comfortable seating areas, tasty food options, and impressive amenities. After a relaxing time spent in the lounge, it’s time to board our flight.
As we enter the aircraft, we are greeted by friendly and attentive flight attendants who show us to our spacious and comfortable seats. In the business class cabin, there is plenty of legroom, adjustable seats, and ample storage space for personal belongings. The seats also come equipped with a personal entertainment system, allowing you to enjoy movies, TV shows, and games throughout the flight.
Once we’re settled in, the flight attendants come around with a pre-flight drink and a selection of nuts. Soon after takeoff, we’re presented with a delicious menu of gourmet food options, accompanied by a selection of premium beverages, including a wide selection of Turkish wines. I take you through some of the standout dishes and drinks, including Turkish delicacies.
Throughout the flight, I show you some of the amenities that are available to business class passengers, such as comfortable blankets and pillows, noise-canceling headphones, and toiletry kits filled with high-end skincare products. Additionally, Turkish Airlines offers an onboard chef service for their business class passengers, allowing you to order custom dishes and have them prepared fresh by the chef.
As we approach Istanbul, we are treated to some stunning views of the city and its surroundings, making for a memorable end to an already fantastic flight. Upon arrival, we are welcomed by the warm hospitality of Turkish Airlines, and I take you through the easy and efficient process of navigating the airport and finding our way to our next destination.

The seating configuration is very important. Passengers in Business Class expect modern seating, not some old 2-3-2 configuration. I am ready to give Turkish a try but not in one of the old style layouts.
The 787 has a really nice business class product

Does Turkish Airline business class infotainment system uses the 3.5 mm jack connection or is it still the two prongs

Great vids!!. I am booking a flight from IST-IAD. The reversed flight of what you took. On the reservation, it shows that it is a 359 which I would assume is TK's new biz class. But your vid kind of confused me. I thought for IST-IAD or IAD-IST, they will be the same model of aircraft? or maybe they recently changed?
It depends, some are the newer planes and some are the older planes

I flew Turkish Airlines Business Class from LAX to IST and I was very disappointed with the onboard service! Flight attendants were not very kind and didn't care about taking care of their passengers. They did the bare minimum of service (didn't replenish water or wine glasses, didn't go around the cabin to ask if there was anything else the passenger wanted) I even had a flight attendant in business class NOT SMILE EVEN ONCE! EVERYTIME i WOULD THANK HIM, HE NEVER SAID: "You are Welcome" or "Enjoy your meal" "Bon Appetite" HE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING AND DIDN'T CARE OF TAKING PRIDE IN HIS WORK!" In the future, I will give my business instead to Qatar Airlines or Emirates.
I would definitely recommend flying Qatar business class once as it is the worlds best business class and truly astonishing seat but also try the emirates a380 business with its bar
I had the complete opposite with Venice to Istanbul, the crew seemed very happy, open-minded and passionate. And keep that in mind that I was in Economy. So, I guess not everyone can expect a very good flight even if they fly world-class airlines.
My worst experience was with ground crew and during boarding.
