this house should NOT be over $550K, it would have faired better to wait to tour until its completely cleaned and set up.. faucets and drawer hangs not matching closet bars are missing, tile not even no hooks in mudroom, no floating shelves in beverage area??? and they should have completed the basement, maybe it would be up to $750K with these improvements?? its cute, but doesnt make me wanna buy it
Nahhhh. The median home price in that area is roughly about $500k-700k. What makes it $2mill? Just curious.
The median list price in this area for new construction is roughly 1.8M. There is a LOT of new construction activity happening here.

It has a decent backyard, it’s just on a slope.
If I'm spending 2 million for a house it needs bigger closets, the lower finished, rods in the closet to hang clothes & bathroom tile to the ceiling. Sorry, price too high on this model.
