Local buyers had no choice since the market was cornered by the Legacy automakers with no serious competition but change is coming as how it came to Thailand and now is rocking the Australian car market. Chinese automakers 2 decades ago had only less than 2 percent of the total of the global auto industry. Today the made in China brands account for at least 32 percent. The legacy automakers better start asking serious questions as to why that is happening because by the end of this decade, the made in China cars will already be more than 50 percent of the market share of the world.
