Here is the one reason I am not interested in purchasing Hero Vida V1. Don't know why hero motocorp did this. They should have offered a battery warranty like Ather or OLA. Hero is offering only 30,000 kms/3 years warranty on the battery.
Guys, hero is only offering a battery warranty of 3 years/30,000 kms on the battery 😕. Even Okinawa is offering 30,000 kms warranty. For such an expensive vehicle, it is pathetic !! This is the only reason why I will not purchase a Vida V1.

None so far. Vehicle warranty will not cover battery.

They are now tie in with one outside party for the extended warranty for the traction battery. Additional 2 years warranty or 30K KMs. That's total of 5 Years or 60K KMs. Amount for the extended warranty not finalised yet. They communicated this to all the service centers and collecting their opinion. They are keeping the promise what Hero did. 👍👍👍.

Yes, this is not finalised yet. But it is confirmed from official source. I don't remember the name of the outside party with they tie in. But this is official. Once they finalised this, then they will communicate it to all existing customers. This is one of the main issue, because of this they are not allotting new units for dealers for booked customers. And also rectifying some issues already reported by the existing customers, expecially from the northern states.
