Hmmm im gonna need a cig after this. This is good advice. Its all or nothing. Either stand back, or come full force, no half ass checks unless you chicken. Since she does not have a jab, she counters yours with parry, dont jab unless you chicken. As an oscar i want to keep the knees and elbows only from your move list and cut everything else out. Hmmm I came! Def my fav by orders of magnitude. Easy and strong just like my hypothetical power lifting girlfriend. Ps: throw mix up does work, eventually ill get thrown if i turtle. But that will remind me of my throw game, which is superb.
I wouldn't really say that you can "spam" -10 moves against her just because she has weak damage or no knockdown on her i10 punish, it's still a punish so it will connect on you and you will give her +9 so she can use it to mix you with either all those annoying string that start with a jab(yea I know most are simple to counter since it's almost always an high the second hit so just duck immediately but still) or other moves and with tekken 7 movement(same case in previous games honestly though) you can't do much in a -9 situation so basically you're forced to block(or just hopekick because we all know how those work)

I hope they make these braindead characters execution harder in tekken 8. Absolutely no reason for some characters to have braindead inputs on strong moves and some characters have insanely hard inputs for equal outcome.
She feels like the most scrub-friendly high-level character. You don't need a lot of fundamentals to use her but she's not like Katarina where you can just get away with not even understanding the character. I think her backflip is probably almost on the level of Paul's d/f+2. You can just go back into it after whiff and if you pick the shot correctly you get big rewards. IMO free whiffing is something Tekken seriously needs to minimize, especially on attacks that are good even without that property.
Thnx for the replies guys, wt i hate about asuka is that shes too noob friendly, in tekken 7 there r certain characters that narrows the gab between the actual good player and the scrub noob player and asuka is one of them a character with mids that can do everything for her player without the need to use movement, punishment, game plan.

I feel like Namco really needs to address how impractical this is. Chickening is finicky enough, but what's really absurd is the fact that it makes certain moves/stings almost unusable. For example: if you were playing Asuka and wanted to chicken your 3, you actually can't do that without doing the full 31 string, because the input for the chicken includes 1 (f1+3) which activates the second hit, which is unsafe. This only scales and gets worse with other characters, such as if I want to use crucial Zafi moves like df1 or ff3, I'm forced to inadvertently use the 2nd hits, which are launch punishable. So now, "playing around" a character, doesn't mean being careful with timing and making them safer with commands - it means literally being unable to use certain normal moves. And thats not even mentioning the fact that the damn safe (launching in some cases) sabakis are unchickenable
