In #1 dont bother with the ladder man, all that work building a decent looking base and when you are getting raided you struggle to get up the stairs. Build a ramp or something. Every second matters if its an online fight lol

These are some of the noobiest bases That a professional can make there were way too many errors that make the bases not Worth it but the 2 by 2 was a nice design.

@@sfr729 First and second one should have the generator being covered from a safe from the outside of the building. If they have gotten that far it's already over. It's literally a written out raid. You can just deal with half the turrets guaranteed to get to the generator.
where can i find a better base design to follow? i think the 4x4 one was the right size for me and my friend to use and i want to get it right for my first pvp base.
I literally have tried to imagine these being used in actual ark and i still and even possibly think of anyone building any of these and staying unraded by even the beach bobs of the server🤣

For the 6x6 and 8x8 once again vault drop the outside of ur base and add more ground turrets as its currently pretty pretty weak to quetz hatframe raids
Nr 1 is OK everything else is just trash and a waste of space
Ikr all you need is good flak and beer

Should talk instead of play music during builds. Music is distracting when you don't like it. I know some people prolly didn't mind but I bet I'm not the only one who found it hard to focus.

There are ways to get smithys that close but you have to use glitches.

Yeah you’re right it wouldn’t get me anywhere if I was just starting out but I’m not I just think it would look cool to see one built idc if it ends up blown up it’s just for fun
The problem with that is that the ocean plat limits building off the edge meaning it can easily be blown up so it’s really meant for PVE

honestly not sure but my guess would be is to add a layer of protection between a player and the foundations but there's far better things to do that with than stairs sooooo idk lol
could simply be just for looks too
It's kinda like vault dropping, but not as effective, just to keep the foe fro. C4 bombing the foundations.

I think make a base like that but dont place all turrets on your base make some tower for turret if they destroy 1 generatör other turrrets can shoot
Some of them are good but what’s with the walls around the pillars on the bigger bases someone just has to go through the top of one of those pillars and they get into the main base
For the 4x4 base, if u plan to live in it long term o would vault drop it as well as bit pillars up and put hatchframes above the indi forge. This is bc the indi forge L.O.S half ur turrets

Thing is I pretty much only build 10x10’s or bigger. But I’m in tek so it’s easy plus I play on custom pvp servers

They are OK base designs but none of them are official settings

Tip the gates are one of the biggest weak spots. I’ve build some bases to test in creative then asked some friends to raid it. The base got wiped bc of the gates. BUT it’s pretty good I like it

I'm trying to do the 2x2, but the refining forges won't clip into the fabricators like they do in the video to fit...
Actually the majority of this didn't work for me... The bed wouldn't clip into the bench. The vault needs 2 stories worth of height to fit.

The base at 7:30 doesn't work anymore I tried it the fabricators don't fit anymore the fridges can't be placed underneath the ceiling anymore unless you sacrifice the Grinder :(((((

Ok but what are the preserving bens for?
Making jerky, using raw meat or prime meat with oil and sparkpowder
every one of these can be raided without soaking and without explosives as a solo player in 30-60mins :D cannon outranges every turret so no matter how many turrets you have and how good coverage they give you the raider only needs spoiled meat to get an arthro, 1 foundation, 1cannon and cannon balls then shoot for free and there's nothing that can counter that :) you can then use the materials in the base you got in to make explosives and wipe it out so you get the ammo from the turrets that didn't even shoot once :)
Well if you raid how ark wants raiding to be these bases would take hours to raid and be very difficult but if you want to exploit the system go ahead :)
@@TheOutcasts what's the fun in standing still on a golem for 3 hours tho? in that case farming gets more profitable than raiding even on vanilla settings :) they made the cannon balls work how they work so imo they are meant to be the counter to turrets :) then also you should build how ark wants you to build so no clipping anything into anything except with maybe dropped vaults :)
@@savumorso I don't think an engram learned at lv 34 is meant to counter turrets and make bases impossible to defend

It’s a admin console called GCM. Type “GCM” in the admin console when in single player and it will turn on

I think you're missing the point of these bases, they're meant to be discrete and hide from BIG tribes as he even says in the video.. plus, if anyone has more than 2 brain cells they will add more turrets and defenses than the video instructs. this is more for a template design.. your comment is cringe and I bet your bases are far worse.
