    This is relaxing but the problem is that it's not true... What if some of your worst fears HAVE happened? What if you really ARE on the brink of homelessness? I am trying to work out how to relax and feel safe when you are not really completely safe. This relaxation is only suitable for western middle class people, who are relatively protected from the harshness of life. It neglects the vast majority of the world's population who struggle to survive through wars, famines, natural disasters, extreme poverty, violent crime etc etc.

    Perhaps just phrases like "luckily never will (happen)"with regards to catastrophe, could be adapted to MAY not happen. And perhaps place more focus on being safe in the present moment as that is more achievable and realistic for most people, rather than saying bad things do not and never will happen as unfortunately if you look at the state of humanity... They do...
