So happy, Dinesh D’Souza was finally pardoned by President Trump. He deserved a pardon. As well as Martha Stewart, Former Governor of Illinois & Kim Kardashian’s grandmother; all deserve a consideration for a pardon by President Trump. Anytime, someone is prosecuted & punished for unfair or unjust reasons, a pardon should be considered. No one deserves a biased Court Hearing, based on unjust laws or misinformation from a government source. Every US Citizen, deserves equal justice & equal treatment under the law.
Kathleen mentions a possible pardon of former governor of IL Rod Blagojevich. Please, PLEASE don't do it, Mr. Pres. His was as clear a case of raw corruption as we've ever seen and the case against him was airtight. It had nothing to do with political speech. He deserves to stay in the can for his full term.

The reason Dinesh's case was so groundbreaking was because nobody in the history of the United States was ever punished so severely for violation of the campaign finance law. Precedent matters in the legal system and is largely why they never go close to the maximum penalty for any crime unless you murdered someone and show no remorse whatsoever. I thought you guys were supposed to be up in arms when a poor brown immigrant is jailed for a low level white collar crime that no "whitey" has ever served time for!! Besides he already served 8 months in federal prison. This pardon simply lets him live his life without a felony conviction on his record. If you oppose his pardon at this point in time then you really dont take any time to consider what "right" and "wrong" mean...
