A couple things that would make this machine better (imo) Number one, an adjustable back pad Number two, if they can make it a seated leg curl/leg extension version of this machine
It looks just like the tuffstuff version that came out a few years ago. It is still on UA-cam but is not in business anymore. That one had a slightly longer lever arm and was really expensive.
I noticed on one of your other videos you had an independent leg curl/ext machine. Can you do a review on that. I think it is the gmwd that has individual leg use.
The machine you’re referring to is by SteelFlex. It’s a lying leg curl only machine. Unfortunately the reason that I haven’t reviewed it seems like more of a commercial machine and I felt that it falls just outside of the home gym criteria. I may review it one day but I’m a little backed up right now. You can buy them on their website. It retails for about $1600. If you ever want to know about anything you see in my gym, I’ll be happy to answer any questions!
@@darrell9294 it might feel like 2:1 to me because it sort of seems like the weight side/lever arm that the cable is traveling half the distance of the leg pad if you look closely
@@matthewpowley3500 I’m not sure. If I may ask, what is your goal in trying to figure out the weight? Are you wondering if you can move it yourself? Or are you wondering about its structural integrity?

@@reachon7396 not bad suggestions!

Great review! Is the weight resistance 1:1?
That’s a tough question. It’s not listed on the website but it feels more 2:1
@@SolidHomeGymReviews looks like it should be 1:1, there is only one pully?

Was the hammer included with shipping
I should have put a disclaimer lol
Would you happen to know how much the machine weighs? I didn’t see that anywhere on the site

@@SolidHomeGymReviews more so the structural integrity!
Was planning to pick it up on Amazon today since it’s down to $299!
@@matthewpowley3500 I’d say it’s very solid compared to other home gym machines I’ve seen at this price, for sure. I think you’ll be happy with it.
Nice
