Penny Lane cover - The Beatles

- I tend to get a lot of comments asking me if I can cover some of the later stuff from The Beatles, as most of my channel is full of the earlier songs, So therefore I thought i'd try and attempt a cover of Penny Lane! Hope you like it!

With the bass part I must admit I couldn't find any accurate lessons for it so this is MY take on the bass line, I have tried my best to pick out the notes Paul uses but apologies if its not quite 100% accurate!

Had to listen again. This song is just so absolutely perfect and you really do sound great.
According to Paul McCartney, 'Penny Lane' was kind of nostalgic, but it was really a place that John and I knew; it was actually a bus terminus in Liverpool. I’d get a bus to his house and I’d have to change at Penny Lane, or the same with him to me, so we often hung out at that terminus, like a roundabout. It was a place that we both knew, and so we both knew the things that turned up in the story.
